Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

UPDATE: Went by tonight ( 8/14/25 )after a very long day at work for a late night dinner. The young lady (Jada Ratliff) along with the MOD (Laken, I believe was her name) were all extremely polite, patient, prompt, and extremely professional. This is becoming a regular experience of mine when visiting Raising Canes. Hands down the best way to end a day with friendly and amazing staff!!

Went by tonight for a quick bite after a busy day. The young lady in lane #2 that took my order was extremely polite, prompt, and accommodating. Paid with cash but did not have exact coins, her till would have been short due to her rounding up on my change rendered. When I arrived at the drive through window to collect my food, I asked to speak with the MOD (manager on duty) to offer the difference so that the young lady would not be subject to consequences for the change shortage. The manager was also extremely polite, professional, and respectful. The food was fresh and tasty! These are the encounters that make establishments like these worth returning. Hats off to the staff...

I had a big order today. I was looking at feeding 8 people and thought what I ordered would do just that. Everything was fine except there so called "pan of fries". How can you call a pan of fries a pan of fries when it does not fill the pan? It didn't even fill half the pan. It was more along the lines of 1/3 of a pan of fries. I highly advise this business to recalculate exactly what constitutes a pan of fries. While your at it, resize the chicken fingers to be bigger when someone places a family sized order of chicken fingers. We have to stop be deceptive in the United States and do business honestly and truthfully. Deception causes a million and one problems. It also equates to poor and extremely bad business practices. Until Raisin Canes rethinks it's business strategies, I will never again place such an order with them. Family size means everything must be able to feed a family of 6 or more. And not to mention, it's Christmas Eve. Exactly what "holiday spirit" are...

GREAT for a fast food restaurant, but not quite the best when compared to other Cane's locations. I have no complaints about the employees, their attitudes, or their customer service skills. They are always very friendly and prompt, and they always have smiles on their faces.

On the other hand, their tenders are often on the small side (about 2/3rds the size of what we have gotten at other locations) and slightly overcooked (which IS preferable to undercooked), and we sometimes get sauce containers in our box meals that are not closed all the way so they spill everywhere.

Am I a little disappointed that the Hattiesburg location isn't as good as the others we have been to? Yes, a little. Do we still eat here all the time? Of course! The food is still delicious, and their sweet tea is the best! Overall I totally recommend coming here, and I wish another location would open...
