Wendy's — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

We only eat out at fast food 2 or 3x a year because its generally disappointing and this was just another one for the record books. If my kids were not begging for a frosty and hungry from our trip I would've left on entry. The smell was foul, the floor was slippery and covered in grease or oil over the entire dining area. The cashier was rude and didn't bother to make eye contact , say thank you or anything polite. Every person that ordered appeared to have an issue with items. The ceiling appears to be moldy and falling apart or something where we sat, the drink machine was very filthy. There were no condiments and the cashier was just to unapproachable to even bother asking for ketchup. The bathrooms where one would hope to wash their hands was horrible. The paper towels were soaking in whatever on the counter and the trash was almost as overwhelming as the odors. The cashier had really long nails and was putting her fingers down inside the cups when making our frostys, no gloves, after touching all kinds of things. She kept asking what flavor drink we wanted, when the drinks are self serve. She just didn't seem to listen or care. Perhaps she was having an off day or week. But entire inside just felt... unclean and oily.. Food was pretty cool, not cold not warm.. Overall...

WORST wendys I have ever been to, and WILL NEVER COME BAVK TO THIS LOCATION!

it's 7:45pm Wednesday Feb 2nd 2022 I'm a Truck driver and have not eaten since yesterday running freight, and was REFUSED SERVICE!

I walked to the lobby which closed at 7pm, I then walked to the drive thru where there were NO cars in line to order.

As I walked to the window there was a guy watching videos at the drive thru window, and this was a light skin female that I asked if I could order since I was a truck driver?

She said ya but you gotta go to the back window, I thought this was strange since there wasn't even a single car in the drive thru trying to order, but I walked to the back window where I was NOT HELPED, and nobody ever came to the window to take my order, after 5 mins of standing and waiting I walked away!

However, the whole time I was standing there the guy working there on his phone at the drive thru window was still on his phone the whole time, and the other worker was standing next to him, BOTH watching me standing at the back window waiting for someone to help me, and no one ever did!

I bet they real got a kick out of watching me stand there wanting food, and no one wanting to take my order!!!

I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDYS...

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! Tonight my boyfriend and I went through the drive through and waited 18 minutes for ONE spicy chicken wrap and ONE grilled chicken wrap. The manager was extremely condescending & offered nothing NOT EVEN an “Im sorry”, it boggles my mind to how it took them so long, we will now go the extra few miles to the Wendy’s on Hwy 98 in Hattiesburg next to Adcock Pool, Spa & Billards that can have ANYTHING out in less than 5 minutes @ even their busiest time of the day. As a fellow manager of a place of business, it seems like everyone employed there should be evaluated, ASAP! The employee with her earbuds in her ear that had to say “huh” after we asked for sauce & when we asked to speak to the manager- corporate should get involved and maybe refresh them of policy & procedures in place.

Life is good, until fast food has almost a half hour wait.
