On two ocassions, I placed online orders (pick-up) 1st time, the rep. Told me I did not pay for what I ordered despite having my receipt and card bank charge, the supervisor that night in Spanish stated "Just give him the food he's just trying to steal it" as I am trying to explain to the drive thru rep. what I really ordered, they just gave me what they wanted... The 2nd time today 11/11/24 around 4pm placed an order, gave her the pick up code, they tell me nothing is in their system. I had left my phone at home as I live 2 corners away from the location and usually the code is sufficient. The supervisor proceeds to tell I have to go get my phone and show her the receipt, I go back home get the phone and she proceeds to tell me how my McDonalds app (THE OFFICIAL APP) looks sketchy, and how the receipt does not look as usual, are you kidding me ? As if the app itself can be manipulated. She tried to convince me that the order might of not gone thru if it was placed from a location too far to the McDonalds, WHILE I LIVE 2 CORNERS away from the location and have done this process before AND had the bank charge, she was just saying anything random to get me to leave, after a while of back and forth she states she will give me the food despite not having the order, and proceeds to request I let her photograph my personal cell phone in order to have proof of my "receipt". This is the 2nd time this location has made me feel like a THIEF for what ? 10 - 15 dollars, this is super unprofessional and no way to treat a customer, these employees are profiling people and assuming wrong doing when their system does not work properly. I am allergic to pickles and todays order had "No pickles" on the burgers and in the midst of today's back and forth, they didn't even have the decency to make the order right, so I couldn't eat it such a waste!. In essence I have been accused of being a thief TWICE....
Read moreThis McDonald's honestly sucks. The staff mess around half the time and not working. They always ask you to wait longer in the parking. The drive through is always crammed. I didn't really care about making a review until today. I was picking up breakfast for my girlfriend and she forgot to put my order in so I make my own order on the app. Just 2 micgriddles and smoothies and 2 has browns. I then go through the driveway ask for two mobile orders get confirmation with okay. I wait and a lady walks out with one order and said I'll have to go through the drive through again to get my second order. Which was crammed, and I wouldn't have time for it because then I'll be late to work. So I just end up leaving my order behind pre paid and giving my food to my girlfriend.

Read morePlaced a mobile order. Drive thru speaker did not have the order and told me to pull up. I pull up to the first window and they did not have the order. I was charged and it was the correct location.
Pull up to the second window and she said she didn’t have it and to pull up to the drive thru waiting area. I updated my app with “curbside spot 1”. 8 minutes later I see a lady walking to all curbsides but 1 and goes back inside. I go inside and say I’ve been waiting 15 minutes at this point. She says she went to every car.. whatever, I get my food and get home. My food is cold now and I’m missing half of my meal and there’s no way to get a refund through the app. Terrible...
