Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hawaii

What is wrong with this place ? You guys have no management? Or is it that the Chain itself is a joke ? If you guys want to run out of business , close the place . How do you mess up an order more than 7 consecutive times and today you give me a pizza with no pepperoni?? When I ordered extra pepperoni ? . I understand and comprehend the meaning of second chances but this is irresponsible . A total lack of accountability, the common excuse is always we were busy or it was my mistake or I am sorry ,stop excusing yourself and do something about it . I’ve been here three times as a walk-in. Each time the service people were courteous, they smiled, and moved with urgency. Each time questions I asked, they were able to answer & did not hesitate to immediately ask someone in authority if they did not have an immediate answer for me. Kindness, patience & a sense of urgency in service is so important & your workers showed that. Thank you & keep up the good work. Every time I order here they try to charge me almost double price for my pizza. There’s coupons on all most all of the pizza that they won’t discount for you unless you specifically mention them. I’ve been to the counter and been told $16.99 for a medium pizza and then mentioned the advertised coupon price to have it fixed to $9.99 on the spot.
