Infinitea — Restaurant in Hawaii

Everything good maybe the atmosphere of the restaurant is hunting scary and almost no sign of life, so to speak. Let me explain: the place doesn't pop out as much as the restaurant sign ( infinitytea) it is lacking in population employees or customers. They run back to make the order and there's no one to welcome the next person or to take my order. I just left after taking a few photos. Small (R) medium (M) large (L) Look at my photos the (M) is priced at a scary over price almost doubled a (s) and a large is price cheaper the the medium. They force you to spend money to get the biggest one for a medium price and if you get a medium you pay for a large. It's confusing I know just look at the photo to see...

My go-to boba place on the west side. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I usually go for a milk tea boba but one time I tried a different fruit drink. They forgot the lychee jelly, but also the drink was too sweet for me that it was burning my throat - I have GERD and during flare ups, my throat is very sensitive. They let me exchange my drink as long as it was the same price, which is fair. Ended up just getting the milk tea boba.

They used to have a drink with panna cotta in it, it was like a coffee drink I think. But it’s gone now. I think the panna cotta is also off the menu. So sad since their panna cotta is so good.

Came into Infinitea last night and ordered a matcha milk tea and a fruit drink both with 75% sweetness. While waiting for the order I noticed a cockroach in the store which was disgusting. Once I received my order, I had gotten a completely different drink from the matcha milk I ordered. They went ahead and went to correct the issue, only to have gotten a drink with absolutely no sweetness. The drink tasted as if I was sipping dirt.
