One of the employee named John called me "dumb" for not seeing that my order was ready after having a hard time ordering it through promo code wondering if the order went through or not on their App.. I was waiting for 15 minutes looking for the order # in my email to show him that I just ordered. My food was sitting on the rack, I thought they call out the order when its ready but he was just being rude with me because I couldn't figure the issue with the jack in the box App. .I got defensive because you just dont call people dumb especially if you're the one working at Jack in the Box. The cashier didn't listen, the drinks were leaking and wrong. I tried to get another cup to replace it, it to was leaking. After a 2 minute conversation to get a different cup, we gave up there. The chicken ranch sandwich was dried out like the chicken was old and tuff. Hard to chew. The egg rolls were on point and super fresh as well as curly fries! Best curly fries I've ever had. Cashier not able to understand what I was ordering which was Two #4 and sausage platter combo all lager, so she called another worker that was not even in uniform using a micronesian shirt and not even she could hardly understand so I pointed to the pictures.when I got my order it was disgusting and not what I had ordered.
