Honestly, if you care about health and sanitation, id stay as far away from this place as possible. I've been her multiple times, hoping that my opinions would change but nope, it's just always been bad. The first time I ordered I got the regular milk tea with boba. and the spoon that they use to scoop out the boba fell into their container so they used their hands just to grab it out? I didn't' even see them was their hands before they started making their drinks so I was beyond disgusted. Then I had asked to go to their bathroom and there were dead cockroaches in the hallway? Like ew, that's beyond disgusting. Then I went a couple weeks later and that same dead roach was there! What the actual heck! Anyways if you're okay with the employees not washing their hands, I think their names were Sierra and Susan? and them having dead roaches lying around in their store then have fun with that. I'll choose any place in town before i ever come...

Came here today and ordered three drinks two strawberry lemon smoothies and one strawberry banana. I wanted to mix different flavors but they wouldn’t allow it because of the “quality” of their flavors, so then those were the only things that we decided we would drink. When we received our drinks and tasted it none of the drinks had a strawberry taste went back in and told them that all the drinks only tasted like the secondary flavor. I even suggested that maybe the strawberry syrup is old. I then asked for a refund cause we weren’t interested in anything else on their menu. We were told no refunds which i don’t see how that’s possible when there is no sign. They told me we can just get another flavor when we told them we clearly didn’t want another flavor. No one seemed even the slightest bit interested in making sure that their customers are satisfied. Overall highly...

Buyer beware, this establishment now charges $0.50 for NO ICE. YES YOU WILL GET CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU ARENT GETTING. If they want to nickel and dime their customers I'm taking my business elsewhere. If a company is allowing practices like, who knows what else they could be cutting corners on, or trying to save money on... I've been going to tea home ever since they opened in kaneohe. I didn't get a drink and asked for a refund, they still charged me and didn't give me my moneys back!! If this is how this company is going to treat a customer who supported them from the beginning....it's sad. The worker said it's because the tea with no ice gets more tea so they need to charge more. But the tea from the people who get ice can be used in the drinks with no ice, no reason to put the entire cost on the person requesting no ice....if anything raise the cost...
