L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Hawaii

Went to L&L at Kinoole, and as soon as me and my fiancé walk through the door we get eye rolled by the lady behind the counter before even ordering, as we order a plate I forgot I made rice at home and asked if we can have salad, she looks at both of us like we’re dumb and says toss salad white rice we said yes and not even a minute goes by and I asked if I can get all toss salad instead and she stomps her feet and eye rolls to tell the back what I requested, we pay and go sit down and we wait patiently for our food as our order gets called she slams our bag on the counter and runs to the customer on the other side and takes there order we wait by the counter because we would like some hot mustard, the lady completely ignored us the customer who was getting her order taken had noticed we had a question, the lady turns her head and says “what do you want?!” And we ask nicely for a hot mustard, she rolls her eyes grabs the mustard and throws it at us, this was our third time ever being here and ima let you guys know we never wanna come back the food was great but the service was so terrible. We ordered our food with kindness even though she was giving us attitude we didn’t know what we did to offend her in any way we just wanted to order our food and leave as other customers came by as we waited she greeted them nicely and was giving them good service but we didn’t know what we did to not deserve the same. Theres a short lady with bangs that works front line. Shes got a bad attitude and poor customer service. She made our plates from the front line and the noodles dragging on the counter and it looked so unsanitary. My husband asked her if she could just take that one noodle thats hanging out and touching the counter to throw away and she gave him attitude and said she will get there. And then she yelled at the little boy that was there before us to get in the back and wait. The little boy just went to the back. While it was raining outside, me and my husband wanted to wait inside were the boy is waiting and she shouted out you guys need to wait outside. I asked her if we can wait inside and she shouted “NO” you need to go outside. We were so disgusted with this lady we just asked for our money back. Take our money back and go elsewhere. Thought we'd try something "local", even a local chain. Positively horrendous. Service was passable, though for a fast food chain with hardly any customers we waited an unusually long time, maybe 15 minutes. My food was cold, grisly, and unapproachable and ended up in the trash. My girlfriend ordered a barbecue chicken seafood combo plate that was pleasantly massive, though after inspection it was 3 small pieces of very fatty chicken, 2 fried shrimp and one piece of dry, tasteless fried fish all served up on about a pound of white rice.
