This place has Michelin star level Pho. And they are consistent with it, I would know because I go whenever I can. I dream about this pho, it’s 8am and all I can think about is how great it would be to go there right now. Their only flaw is they aren’t open enough, they are like an amazing interesting girl that you wanna be with all the time but she won’t always pick up the phone… making you only want to be with her more! Ok not trying to sound like a creep. I just can’t put into words how good this pho is!!! This pho is so good I believe it would cure any ailment. It’s better then your mommas chicken noodle soup when you were a child. I would walk a thousand miles for this pho. Go to pho viet if you want to have the best food experience...

BEST PHO IN HILO!! I have tried every place in town, and this little the in the wall restaurant is hands down the best! Everything on the menu is super flavorful- the house chili oil is my favorite because it packs a punch (be careful if you can't handle spicy!). Their flavors have a depth that is missing in other pho I've tried. Every time I have pho somewhere else, it just reminds me why I always choose this restaurant over others!
