Barista was extremely hostile & manager didn’t even care when i let her know how upset it made me. Don’t bother asking for an extra splash of creamer here even though you paid for it. i asked nicely for a splash of sweet cream (that i paid for ) in my drink because i am sensitive to caffeine & my drink was a bit strong for my liking, and the barista was extremely hostile. First asking me why i wanted an extra splash & telling me she already put some in. Before i could even explain it was a bit strong for my liking & i only wanted a splash more she proceeded to dump the container in til my cup practically overfilled & slammed the container down splashing sweet cream all over the counter and stormed away. I stood there wiping up my drink & making sure nothing got on my work attire and felt extremely stressed cause i only asked for an extra splash of sweet cream and i asked her kindly, that hostile and rude behavior caught me by surprise and felt me feeling incredibly upset. As a former barista that understands the fast pace of the job that was extremely unprofessional. To the barista if you see this idk if you were having a bad morning or a busy shift but taking it out on strangers especially someone who approached you kindly is 100 percent wrong. I will never ever come to this starbucks again because of how hostile and nasty you were. I hope you find a better way to manage the stress of your job or find a different one if your gonna be set off by something as simple as extra creamer. To the manager who i tried to talk to to let her know how upset that made me, i wish you would of let me finish one sentence before interrupting me with an “It’s Okay” because actually it really was not okay i feel like you should have taken the time to hear me and how that encounter left me feeling attacked. You should of checked on your barista and asked her if she was feeling okay or needed a moment to herself before continuing to treat her customers the way she did. If i could hold my composure an speak kindly to your barista & you after being treated so horribly than asking for a moment of your time to actually CARE shouldn’t have been so hard. At the end of this experience walking out with zero accountability for the shitty way everything was handled really ruined my morning & the cherry on top was dumping my drink i paid for in the trash because she ruined It & it wasn’t even drinkable. Thank you to puainako starbucks who i had to mobile order for a replacement for being professional and kind every time i come in. I appreciate the Welcoming vibe & professional service at your...
Read moreA mobile order was placed and upon arrival , and without notification/notice, it was discovered that the inside dining room area was closed. Other people were observed parking their vehicles and walking to the door located on the drive thru window side of the building, to get their drinks. Upon doing the same my two children waited at the same door, where the staff didn't even acknowledge their presence, ignoring them as they stood outside the door. I took it upon myself to find out what was going on, where I knocked on the building window to have someone come out to find out what was going on. What I received was an rude response from a male worker within who looked at me , and motioned to me with his two hands in a driving motion to drive around. I tapped on the glass again to have someone come out, where after a few seconds an female employee came out. This female party had the ignorance to tell me that the people who came to pick up their order, did not have a car or vehicle, thus being the reason why she gave them their drinks. Unbeknownst to her, was that this people did have a car, and that they had parked their car on the opposite side of the building and had walked around to the door. My question is how does she know that if these people have a car or not, whrn you place a mobile order they don't ask you if you have a car or not. To me it's just plain ignorance on the part of this worker and management overall. They really need to work on their customer service skills. I hope corporate sees this and...
Read more1/22/2025: Hi! Another $6.02 coffee that the lid smells of someone's cologne/perfume. This makes the coffee undrinkable when the smell is so strong on the lid. Plus, it feels weird to know someone touched the lid where you drink. Please, Please use a glove or don't wear cologne if you're making the coffee. FYI, I tried to contact Starbucks with the link you gave me, but it just loops you around and around, you can't actually contact Starbucks apparently. So I'm editing my review from 3 months ago, I hope someone reads this.
Old post 3 months ago: Great drive through location, however, the last 10 or so drinks, the lid of the coffee smells/tastes like very strong cologne or perfume. Someone must be putting lotion on or some other very strong smell on their hands before touching the tops...
