Panda Express — Restaurant in Hawaii

I bought 3 plates from this Panda Express location. In one of them I found a roach under all of the food/mixed into the rice after eating some of it. I called to notify them. They said to come back to replace the plate. We did not eat any of the other plates and certainly didn’t want a replacement because they all would most likely have been in contact with the roach since it was found in the food. They were only able to refund us for the one plate and not the whole order even though we can assume they all were contaminated. This location hasn’t given us a problem before, but this was disgusting enough to keep me away...

I go here about once a week because it's very conveniently located for me and if you order wisely, there are some fairly low-calorie healthy choices on the menu.

Service is always fast and efficient. My only complaint is that they are often out of the entrees that I am craving, which are the lower calorie item on the menu.

The staff is friendly and pleasant, and clearly work hard. This is a much better choice of "fast food" restaurant than most others and I am pleased to have it here so close to where I live.

I go to panda almost everyday and always liked to donate to saint Jude hospital. I came in early morning right after they just when open and the lady said they only have chowmen noodle available at the moment. Why would you open a restaurant and only have chowmen noodles available? Haven’t you supposed to have cooked most of everything already before you open? And staff doesn’t seem to like their job with all the bad vide at the start! Not coming to this one no more. And I can see why this place is always slow. I’ll try the one by target...
