Store adamantly feels that DoorDash drivers are not customers and therefore not allowed to use their drive-through. I will not pick up any more orders from this location or order food for my family from here again. It appeared the lobby was closed so I entered the drive-through to pick up an order and was told at the order board that I have to come inside to pick it up. Once you’re in the drive-through at this location there is no way to exit the drive-through, you must go all the way through the drive-through and attempt to make a left turn on a very busy highway, to re-enter the parking lot so that you can park to go inside and pick up the order from the cashier station. DoorDash delivery orders are still for their customers - so I’m not sure why they cannot serve a DoorDash driver through the drive-through, if they are picking up a customer’s food order? Overall my experience was extremely negative, what basically happened is I ordered from the mobile app to speed things up since the drive thru line was so long.
I go inside to check in and someone checks me in and says my order will be out in a few minutes. I wait 20 minutes and go back to the counter for a status update. Another person is at the counter this time and rudely tells me that I'm supposed to check in and that's why my food isn't ready.
Well obviously I already checked in and I tried telling this person, but they weren't hearing any of it. This person seemed like the manager too, so for them to act so unprofessional is a big red flag for how this restaurant is ran.

Manager claimed that refunds on app orders can only be done on the app, if you can find the imaginary refund button.
All the drive thru and people that ordered at the kiosk after us was getting their food before us. Didn't start our order until after the fourth time we asked about it.
Manager was saying/almost arguing back at app customers that they short staffed and complete orders in the time stamp order they receive them. Not true if people ordering after us, getting their food, eating, and leaving while we still waiting. Just tell the truth and say the app is broken.
