1 star for usually getting my orders correct, 1 star for the food tasting usually good, and a final star for the majority friendly staff...majority.
That being said, today's visit was by far one of the most unpleasant... My order was wrong, which is common with fast food, and usually I just go back through the drive-thru, etc. Today I decided to just park and go in since the drive thru line was a bit busy for my liking.
I approached the counter and explain to the employee my order is wrong and asked if they can fix it. The guy at the counter then proceeds to roll his damn eyes at me and turned around towards the kitchen while rudely yelling at the other employees about my incorrect order. I don't know if he was the manager or what, but his attitude immediately turned me off... he handed me a bag, which i assumed was my corrected order, I told him thank you and he then gives me that snappy, snobby, "mmhmm" sound... I don't know what I did to offend him, because I follow the cardinal rule, "Don't mess with the people that handle your food..."
So, I went to my car, and had this feeling to check my order once more... lord behold, its wrong, again... now with items I didn't order and no items that I did... Naturally I went back in. He saw me approaching the counter and now apparently a little more snappily said, "Can I help you??? Didn't we just fix your order???"... Hold the damn phone! Don't sass me cause you messed up a simple fix, not like I spoke in gibberish or something... I swear the nerve of this guy... I'm actually so triggered, if my wife wasn't there I would've backed hand the attitude right off his rude, cocky face... but since I care more about her than the satisfaction I would've gotten, I had to leave this review to let off some steam.
As for the rest of the staff, they're always pretty pleasant. Maybe it was just an 'Off Day' for them, maybe someone forgot their customer service outfit at home... but all i wanted was a f**kn fake smile with my order...

Read moreOrdered on the app but 1 item I ordered 2 of had an extended wait time 1- Asked for a refund that could not be provided because I ordered on the app, there should definitely be a way the manager of the store can reconcile this discrepancy at the end of the shift or day if necessary if I don't want a replacement please give me a refund. 2- Informed the staff the offered replacement is not acceptable due to someone in the car being vegetarian did not expect the staff to say rudely what I ordered had chili which has meat and not vegetarian (now causing me a 2nd inconvenience by doing so) there were 2 of the same item one did not have chili and was indeed a vegetarian item. The staff work in customer service there was no need for me to be argued with over my response the staff should simply offer me another replacement item. 3- Asked the staff for a spoon and was informed it's all in the bag there was no spoon in all the food bags, as I was already made to accept food I didn't want it's too much to get an extra spoon (even if there was already 1 put in the bag)? I live in the area of this location and will try 1 more time hoping my next encounter will be much better, if not I won't patron this location every again and will ask my family...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s recently. From the moment we pulled into the drive-thru, it felt like we were being rushed out — it seemed like the staff was more concerned with keeping their drive-thru time down than making sure our order was right. Ironically, the service inside the window was actually pretty slow, so the rush didn’t even make sense.
To make matters worse, we had issues with our order. Some of the Frostys were the wrong flavor — I ordered brownie batter and was given Oreo cookie instead. Also, my dad asked for a large water, but they handed him a tiny cup. When we asked for the receipt to check if we were even charged correctly, they told us the printer was broken. Convenient.
On top of all that, the manager was openly yelling at employees in front of customers, which just made the whole atmosphere really uncomfortable. That kind of thing should be handled behind the scenes.
To be fair, the manager did upgrade two of our drinks to large, which we appreciated — but overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and not what I expect from a brand...
