Burger King — Restaurant in Hawthorne

Food was still frozen when we got home. Veggie patty was literally inedible because of how frozen it was. Half the onion rings were still icy in the middle. This means the food was kept within the "danger zone" of temps at certain points, which leads to the development and spread of harmful bacteria. Both my girlfriend and I got sick immediately after eating, and she threw up within 15 minutes of eating just half of her overpriced burger. It is more than apparent that there is ZERO level of competent management, as sending out STILL FROZEN food should never be acceptable. Especially to a chain where they don't even operate a real kitchen or rely on any culinary talent whatsoever. The cheeseburger buns were stale, and the cheese was more rubbery than usual. I get the feeling that this place doesn't get much business and continues to use old inventory in an attempt to save money, as the bread on all the food was literally stale beyond edible. I fed the leftovers to some rats. They seem to be the only living creatures that will eat this slag. Go elsewhere if you want complete garbage masqueraded as "food". Shame on management here. You disgrace the already terrible name...

I waited in line About 10 to 12 minutes waiting for my food. I just knew that my food was going to be hot and fresh and it was absolutely the opposite. Just drove down the street, stuck my hand in the bag and picked up a lukewarm French fry and the cheeseburger was even colder, once I got home which is like 7 minutes away. I was so freaking disappointed and the guy at the window was so exceptionally niice so I don't know what took so long but it was definitely not cooking hot food. I still was not willing to turn back around in rush hour traffic to get back there to have them redo It. I'm just over fast food at this point and just figure nobody in the fast food industry gets it right anymore. A hot burger and fries is not what's on the menu. You pay $16 for a combo meal and in return you get a lukewarm cheeseburger and french fries every time. I'm done! Burger King is my all time favorite cheeseburger in the world and when Burger King can't get it right. Then at this point cook...

This place didn't treat me right and I was homeless at the time I came in this establishment to use my EBT card and a young Latino girl lie to me that my card doesn't work on her cash register when I was trying to grab a bite to eat, so I ended up using my debit card instead because I knew that there where food stamps on my EBT card, but for some unknown reason she claims that her cash register wouldn't accept my EBT card and asked me if I'm on the SNAP program, please believe I'm on it I'm not homeless🏡for my health I just wanted to get a bit to eat, so I think she needs more training on how to work a cash register better, are get some one that could help her with how to work a cash register, are they need to fix this problem with the cash register one of the too fix her are the cash...
