I hope these reviews are read by any management personnel. Tonight I came to try to have a pleasant dinner, I was "welcomed" by the only person at the counter who was attending the drive through, when I asked about the large burgers I was used to see before the pandemic. The answer was, in a rude manner, they are there, I asked where? Again with the same demeanor, what do you want? I left my party order while I searched for what I wanted, and this person, try to close the transaction, asking 3 times is that all? I replied, no I still have my order, asked about the ingredients on the primal burger and they were given again in a rude manner. If I was management I would ask this girl to search for other type of employment, or ask for the days off when her hormones are acting on her attitude. Without disrespect to all the ladies. Sorry, but you lost a prepandemic faithful costumer. I am not coming back...

I really do not like complaining nor give bad reviews but I have to be honest. I have visited this location before and the food was so/so. Today I stopped by hoping that it would be different. Here goes the positive first; Always great customer service, the team smiles and have great enthusiasm. Now for the other part. I ordered a Famous Star with cheese, NO onions, your basic burger via the drive thru. Well not only did I have onions all over it, but it seemed like the burger was microwaved because the tomatoes, lettuce and mayo were all warm and wilted. Now I didn’t discover this until I was miles away. This would be the second time, therefore I will not visit again. Too bad because Carls had been a favorite. Guess now I know why no one is ever there...

And it definitely hit the spot. Similar to a Superstar, this has the sourdough buns with the goods PLUS grilled onions and bacon on top. French fries were hot. And the Coke tasted like Coke. I dined in and it wasn’t that busy. Still the early afternoon before everyone gets out of work. This place has a 24-Hour Drive Thru. Restaurant was clean Dining Room was clean Restrooms were clean Parking lot was clean Plenty of parking too. Right by the 405 freeway. Will come...
