Food: The english muffin was perfectly toasted. The eggs, bacon, and sausage were all perfectly cooked. The lettuce and tomato slice were crunchy, wet, and clean. The coffee was smooth and not bitter. Portion sizes are smaller than I'd have liked as a young athlete, but acceptable for an occasional outing to socialize. The prices were fine, not particularly great or bad. Service: Staff were really warm and welcoming. They made sure to ask for cheese, bread, and egg preferences. My coffee was refilled. The check came quickly. Atmosphere: Quaint and comfortable. Overall, an approachable place to eat at. Not so appealing to younger generations (their target audience is clearly older), but it is a nice place for families. It could definitely be less cluttered, better designed. It would also be nice if dining areas were better separated.

Overall a good, not great, first visit. We got sat very quickly and the service was mostly friendly. They were not that busy, so our food didn't take long to come out. The food was just ok - I guess it was your classic small diner breakfast. Nothing too special, but it tasted good. Eggs were a bit overcooked. My wife enjoyed her eggs Benedict. A 4/5 is about right.

Outstanding diner! My wife and I need to eat gluten-free. The waitress was so nice in helping us look at the menu. She let us know the owner has a gluten allergy too. In fact, the owner cleaned the grill to make us hash Browns. In addition, we were able to have gluten-free bread.

What an experience. After being seated we waited 15 minutes before our server even approached us to inquire what we would like to drink. Let alone the following statement of, "whaddya wanna eat since I'm here?" My fiancee and I place our order, great. This of course was an issue as we watched other parties be seared and have refreshments provided to them.

Once our food is delivered by another employee, literally two bites in, our server brings us the check.

Leaving the check alone while we enjoyed the food we were provided, we were interrupted.

Not by anything practical, but because another party had decided to attend the same location, which required tables to be moved together.

Our server then decided to approach us and apologize for needing to move us, despite us being almost finished with our meals, and grabbed our dishes and took them to a booth to make room for this other party.

Remaining polite, we moved to the new booth so this larger incoming party could be so diligently accommodated to. We finished our meal, while none of the other seating, including the table we were originally at, had been altered. Concluding that had we been provided the five minutes necessary to finish the remainder of our meal and then pay for our meal that was needing to be paid for immediately after receiving our food was absolutely not pertinent to relocating to do so.

At this point I had endured my fill of this irrational experience for a restaurant, leading me to need to speak to the manager of the institution for the first time in my existence.

During this encounter with the manager/owner, she apologized for the behavior of her staff. But eluded zero effort to ensure that I would return. Complete disregard to the service that did not occur to meet the basic elemental requirements for service within the industry. Zero discount for the bill on the horrendous show of what was endured or even an attempt for a coupon to persuade a disgruntled customer to return.

This is the second attempt at this facility that has underdelivered. I believe that this place has zero intent on maintaining a customer relationship. I will never be returning to this establishment as you can spend the 15 minutes waiting for a drink and food at the McDonald drive through and also get the food and more service for a quarter...

Food was above average compared to most places we have stopped on this vacation. Reasonably priced, as well. Restaurant seemed fairly clean. Had it not been for our waitress, this would have been a 5 star review. Of course her name was not on our receipt, but she was the brunette, possibly in her late 40s. I imagine others that enter the restaurant will know exactly who I'm talking about. She asked how many in our party, then grabbed 4 menus and walked off without saying anything. We hesitantly followed her, assuming she was ready to seat us. As she took our order out of what seemed to be an inconvenience, she never made eye contact. With each thank you given by us for dropping drinks, taking our order, and delivering our food, there was never a "you're welcome", "sure thing", or even a "yep". Items were basically (literally) dropped on the table at delivery. Midway through our meal, our conversation was interrupted by you know who, slamming clean silverware into bins like a 5 year old throwing a fit. As you may have guessed, no "thank you" as our check was dropped on the table. I wasn't sure if her other job was at one of those types of restaurants that purposely treats the customers bad, for that type of experience. Everyone has a bad day, and I don't expect all servers to be smiles and rainbows, but this woman had the absolute worst attitude I've ever seen in a server, and quite possibly in a person, generally. If this was just a bad day, I would have sent her home with pay, just to protect the reputation of the restaurant. I do hope that she is not the owner. If she is just an employee, she may want to consider a job or career in a field where she doesn't have to deal with the public directly. I hope she finds happiness at some point...

Came in on a Sunday morning, wasn’t too busy when we arrived. We told them we had a party of 14, and the hostess rolled their eyes and muttered “seriously?”.

We were seated shortly after, and then got our drink order in. Shortly after that we put our food order in, and then it got busy. Understandable for a Sunday morning. A few people got the wrong drinks, but again, it’s fine, they eventually got the right drinks.

Food took quite a while to come out, but when it did, several people again had food messed up, and they had to wait while the food was being remade.

At no time did our waitress tell us or mention to us the policy of not spitting the ticket on parties of 8 or more. In fact, they even came around with a notebook and were in the process of working out the split tickets when the manager came up and very rudely told us the policy, and was extremely hostile about it. We then realized even our ticket was wrong, and again, the manager was very hostile.

The waitresses were very nice and accommodating, and did nothing wrong after we...
