Wendy's — Restaurant in Hays

Foods good...but the service sucked! We went inside and got 4 Jr burgers and a large fry...the lady didn't hear me say large fry and shouldve repeated our order back to us anyways. She already came off as rude. Then we left and decided we wanted some frostys so we went through the drive through and we wanted to do it on 2 different cards and we tried to explain it to them and there was 4 workers by the window and one guy looked at us and said "what did you order" very rude and said our order was 4.96...not 2.50 which is what wanted taken off our first card and same amount off the second..It took us so long to try and explain then when the issue was resolved they handed us our cards back and said..once again RUDE! "Here" and seemed very annoyed...I was not happy. I will not go back to this wendys!...service 0...

Honestly I wish I could get my money back for what I ordered! I completely lost my appetite after the way I was treated today at this restaurant!... Do not come to this Wendy's especially at night time when the manager Chris is working he is one of the most unprofessional, rudest people I have ever came across and I used to work in fast food. He was so cocky and mean to me when all I was trying to do was get my food fixed! I will be contacting corporate and I will be filling out a complaint on him!! I highly do not recommend coming to this Wendy's ever!! I will never be returning after the way I was disrespected today!!! In all honestly his job should be looked into and he should be written up or fired for the way he is...

Wasn't too long ago that this was the best Wendy's around. Over the last year they continue to struggle. The are constantly out of stuff, napkins, chocolate frosty, Coke machine always out of ice or a flavor. One time we had to wait 10 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. We still come every week because my parents will only come here after church. Just so disappointed that it has slipped.

UPDATED, 3 months later, still horrible. Floor is super slick all over, so they don't clean it. Ran out of large cups, one machine is out of Dr pepper and power Ade. Just keep losing stars.

Updated (9/1) out of ranch,bbq, and one drink machine doesn't work. Also posted sign floor is slippery, but appears...
