Lots of mix feelings. I came to this location from a little far away becusee they closed @12. I tried calling twice @10:49 and @10:51 no one answer I just wanted to make sure it was open, but according to Google they were. We got here @11:30 where a male cashier said there was called to order food was 5 mins ago. I told him that it says you guys closes @12 after a little back and forth. I just told him to called the manager. Manager MIGUEL showed up he was VERY PLEASANT, RESPECTFUL. he said he will take our order, we placed the order @11:40pm I was so happy. My husband and I sitted kinda by the bathroom tables. (Restaurant had about 8 tables with people). And a young lady I'm assuming one of the waitress . Said if we could move towards the front entrance because she had to clean. I told her that there was still lots of occupied tables that even if i moved they still could vacuum the ready she said we'll I just want you out becusee we already closed. I said we'll I'm sitting in the front tables where it was still pack with people. As I still waited for my food another waitres came and said we couldn't eat there anymore becusee they was closed and she wanted to go home? That as soon as we got the food we had to leave .I said well your not going to tell me what to do I ain't leaving there still people here eating. She was very unprofessional. About few minutes later same waitress brings 2 full plates of wings for the table next to us. Another waitress brings our food and she said "just to let you guys know you guys can't eat your food, we already closed (my husband took a video she was very rude acting all tuff) like what ? I just want my wings? And I said we'll two mins ago you guys brought wings to the other table. Even if I leave you guys are waiting for the other tables ? She said we'll we not doing that. And I won't give you guys your food. She took the food behind the cashier desk. I was like ???? So my husband and I were confused I NEVER SAID I WAS GOING TO EAT THERE OR NOT. THEY STARTED SAYING WE COULDNT EAT THERE. So now i was feeling discriminated how some people can eat there and I can't? So I pretty much said okay I'm going to sit here into everyone leaves. I was sitting for about 15 mins WITHOUT MY FOOD I COULDVE FINISH EATING OR LEAVE LONG AGO. My husband asked to speak to the manager everyone ignored him. The manager came out and he was confused ? He said something like you guys finish eating?? I said no ?? We haven't got our food. I told him what happened. He Brought us our food to the table and apologized. Read moreI used to love this place and went here at least once a week. Cameron was a wonderful and attentive server. Unfortunately things have gotten so bad that I've lost all interest in going. I'm the past few months, I've gone from 1 or 2 times a week to swearing I'll never go again.
Service has been so awful that I've had to go find a waiter myself on 3 separate occasions. Having to get up and hunt down a waiter to serve us after 15-20 minutes of seeing waiters walk past is not an acceptable situation for any restaurant.
I have then decided to try the take out. One order was placed early in the day with assurances that it would be done on time. 45 minutes after the scheduled time, I had to leave and the manager Sam had to cancel my order and refund me. Fast forward to today, I went in to order take out in person, I was told by the manager Sam that they were backed up and my food would take 45 minutes to an hour. This was fine by me, so I ordered and then waited for my food. Nearly 2 hours later I finally left with the last food I will EVER buy from that BWW.
If you have to eat here, be sure to ask for Cameron. If he's there your food wont necessarily be perfectly on time, but your drinks will be full and he'll take care of you until it does arrive. Read moreI guess they are understaffed. I came on Sunday 5/7 at 6:15 pm. I walked in and they told me that there is a really long wait. However there were only about 5 tables occupied (all small groups) and a few people at the bar.
I decided to order “to go” instead of waiting to be seated. The young lady taking my order was good, no complaints. She told me it would be about 25 minutes. 45 minutes later still nothing. But during that 45 minutes I heard several people complaining to staff about long waits and slow service (i overheard one person saying that he waited one hour and forty minutes for his food.) Also, i heard their phone ringing nonstop for 30 mins but they were simply too busy to even look at the phone. Nearly every patron in the restaurant had an upset look on their face. Im not saying that they all had bad service, im just stating my observation.
I feel bad because it seemed like all of the employees were working very hard.
I got my food after an hour of waiting. I really hope that they are able to find some more employees. The young lady at the “to go” register was great. She was working hard every minute that i was there even though people were giving her a hard time and she stayed professional and polite the whole time. Great work ethic! Hopefully they appreciate...
