Didar Persian Food, nestled within East Bay Eats, offers a refreshing twist from Hayward's usual dining scene. My recent experience tasting their Zershk Polo and Combo Kabob left me thoroughly impressed. The Zershk Polo's saffron infused rice and tangy barberries burst with flavor, while the Combo Kabob featured perfectly grilled beef and chicken. You get 2 skewers and 2 grilled tomatoes. They also provide fresh herbs, bread, and a delightful dessert. Didar's dedication to freshness and authenticity is unmistakable. This culinary gem really ramps up Hayward's dining scene. I would recommend this to anyone who is craving exquisite flavors of Persian cuisine....

The tamales are big, moist, lots of chicken and potatoes wrapped in banana leaves to round out the umami flavors!! Definitely coming back!
