They recognize you as soon as you enter the establishment..but, because I enjoyed my first second third fourth visit I decided to come back and eat for the 5th time they had an orange shirt worker that was working the register the first time I saw her she totally ignored me and helped another guy but the second time she took my order and run me up Way beyond the price of what I ordered and walked away I asked her what is this and she stated that it was my order, should have been only $7 she hung up 26 and was very nasty about it the manager has to come up and fix the problem well the problem is that you need to let her go back to wherever she came from because not only I complain but there were many customers complaining in the parking lot about this specific person in the orange shirt who I know register never...

I went today with my 4 year old. She loves hotdogs and this is usually a fun / good priced place. I had a coupon for a free corn dog. The girl at the counter was rude, acted like she couldn’t wait on us, waited on 2 other people first that came in after us. Then didn’t notice she charged for the corn dog. When I went to ask she said “oh well” I was like but you charged and I have the silly coupon promotion for the free hot dog “then she just stood there, then waited on someone else. I would have haggled but I was late to an appointment with my daughter. Honestly it was just rude and seemed like why even go here if always the wait staff is snarky. Jeez this was AWFUL for a Weinerschnitzel, which is usually one of my favorite fast food drive throughs. The woman taking orders and ringing people up was also preparing food, and another miffed customer noted what was the point in wearing gloves if she never changed them? Wore the same ones for everything she did. Nasty. Tex mex fries looked nothing like on the poster and were extremely unappetizing to look at let alone eat. The hot dog... sausage? In the chili dog had multiple colors on it all splotchy. I only discovered this after pulling the strange tasting thing out of the bun and proceeding to just eat the chili instead.
