Their hotdogs are the best! What makes it the best is that you can customize it with their toppings or go for the signature "all the way". Really tasty that really stands out with the toppings complimenting the dog itself. Go for the BaconDog all the way; you won't be sorry.
Unfortunately, I gave it a 3 star for their burgers. What makes it this score is that their patties are cooked well done, and I dislike my patties being overcooked like that; additionally, you can't choose how you want it cooked, so your only choice is their well done burgers. The buns they use are delicious, and the toppings go oh so well together, but if only they just let me have that poor patty medium rare!
Another reason being 3 star is how easy the burger can fall apart. The buns are weak and can't support the amount of toppings they add to your burger. Careful how many toppings you put on your burger. Usually I ask the buns to be toasted to support more toppings, for the buns break apart from everything and it leaves you with a mess and a sour taste in my mouth, not literally though!
Finally, the fries are big in size, quantity, and taste, so save yourself some money and get small fries if you're getting a meal yourself and get a regular if you want to share; however, if you need more, they will help you with their amount of fries.
On a different note, bacon can be either fresh, crispy, and good, or old and bad, so keep that in mind when wanting bacon; also, ORDER LITTLE BURGER IF YOU WANT ONE PATTY! Avoid the awkward conversation with the employees and keep that in mind. I know, it's whack, but that's how the menu is.
TL;DR: hotdogs are the best food there, fries are the best, Little burger is one patty, regular burger is two patties, and their burgers are only cooked...
Read moreI have tried several locations and made the conclusion that their hamburgers are not that great. I always get fries and that's the only thing I call great. Let's talk about the burger: the meat is dry and the bacon has a rancid taste. The condiments and toppings are good and you get all of them included with your burger. Today there was a burnt taste in my burger. Don't know if it was from the patty or the bacon. My biggest complaint of the chain is the bread. The chefs do not warm the buns. You get them cold, wrinkled and flat. It doesn't make the experience good and I hate my burgers cold. A couple of months ago I tried their hot dog in the Foster City location. Again their bun was cold and I hated it. Therefore you should avoid the hot dog at all costs. If I had known it would be like that then I would have gone to Costco to get a good hot dog for just $1.50 and a soft drink is included. Anyway, that's the food experience. Oh, I forgot to praise Five Guys for giving us free peanuts. I loved them. A typical Five Guys environment is noisy. They blast the music in most locations. If you don't mind that then that is your kinda place. The restaurant can be messy and unkept. A big reason is peanut shells are all over the place. Guys if you are looking for a men's restroom in this location, there is none. There's a ladies and a mixed gender bathroom. That means guys are out if luck if both bathrooms are occupied by ladies. I guess I am going back to In N...

Excellent service, burgers, beef dogs, fries, and things at this location. My brother and I stopped by for bite.
It was pretty busy, but We were greeted right as we walked in.
Nice clean and decently organized. The ordering was smooth thanks to the young man taking our orders. As a first timer, he coached me through mine🤣.
Orders came out about 12 minutes later, which wasn't bad, given the crowd. Nice, hot and well prepared, and seasoned. Thick beef patties, toasty bun, and plenty of fresh condiments. Fries were decent, a little soft for me but complimented my order.
Overall $$'s well spent. And Yes I'll be back if in the area
