Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hayward

Went today 7/26/2018 @ 4:40. Employees rude, asked for a sundae, strawberry almond specifically. Employee responds "what's that? I don't know what that is. Oh I don't know how to do that. Can you pick something else" okay. I asked for a waffle cone instead then. I pay, look over at her again, and her and her other co worker are both on their phones out of camera view. Took turns to assist customers and had An annoyed look on their face the whole time. Did not like that at all. If she works here she should know how to make things. If not, she has to be retrained...

This place is basically an American Staple, since Thrifty, O'Farrells, and that one other ice cream parlor closed their doors to scoop up a sugar cone for .35 in my day. Baskin Robbin 31 flavors or whatever they would like to be called has kept up with the times and stayed relevant with their famous ice cream cakes. Those cakes are about 50 bucks. I had a personal ice cream cake praline ...it was amazing 19...

Please ppl watch out the lady there she will charge you extra money without your consent if you just taking your ice cream she will charge you for dining in.
