I ordered the Grilled platter tray for $45.99 and when I got home it was missing the liempo. I didn't call them because I went there around 8pm already and got home almost 9pm. I assumed they're closed already. I dont go there often. Only when I do my bi- weekly grocery shopping or to pick up pot luck party trays. Today I mentioned to one of the people who are serving that they forgot my liempo on the platter that I bought last time. And she said " the platter comes with different items" I know what I ordered n it literally listed on the menu it comes with it. I always get my party platter here but she quickly dismissed the conversation and told another lady to help me because she's a cashier. Nobody was paying or was before me. So I was like. Ok. I didn't want my liempo today. I needed it that time I ordered the platter but she was so rude that she ended the conversation without even apologizing for their mistake. I will never buy my food here ever again. I respect the other servers for being so nice to me the time I ordered the party trat but that Cashier lady is so rude. I have spent over $2k worth of your food to bring to my parties. Im taking my money somewhere else. I rather drive a little bit farther to Grill City or Ima's in southland mall for a more...

We ordered multiple food packages for a family event two full days prior to said occasion. We confirmed the earliest possible time for pickup and we were advised to pickup at 12nn. By 12nn of the agreed day, we went there only to be told that our order won't be ready until 1pm. The party was set for lunch. We have family and guests waiting! It is inexcusable to say that you do not have enough people to prepare our order. We have paid in full - well in advance at that - and did not make any extraordinary requests. Why would you bring your family here while you shave customers. It’s pretty sad when they fill up the whole dining area and don’t even treat customer right then go in the kitchen area without WASHING THEIR HANDS ! SERVING THEMSELVES CONTAMINATED THE FOOD FROM THE OUTSIDE. if you have family here wait in line with everyone else or wait until you get home. Why would you even bring your family to an area where you are trying conduct business . I usually eat here but after today I would never after the disrespect y I have gotten from here.
