Wendy's — Restaurant in Hayward

I have obviously been a patron here most of my life as a Hayward resident and I usually leave good reviews, I'm not on here trying to take businesses down buuuut when a good customer is being mistreated it's time to be called out. The female manager took my food AND my receipt because she did not believe that they had forgotten my food, that's fine, here's my bag, and my food, but don't get upset you messed up and take forever to give me my other food you forgot. Now, by this time, my entire order is cold. When I politely ask what the issue is, she said she didn't speak English, which is fine, I speak Spanish. Then, this is where I get frustrated it's now taking long in the drive through to get the food I was missing, as she is speaking Spanish she says she doesn't understand me still but everyone else could. So I asked for her name, and she refused. With no receipt and cold food, this is all I could get, a picture. Costumer service was bad since the beginning the guy at the speaker was really rushed I couldn’t even tell him the at I wanted something to drink he told me my total then the girl at the window she had so much greasy make up on she was rude my card declined the first time and I told her to wait and she was laughing which is nothing is funny I simply forgot to transfer and I told her I didn’t like the service she gave me and she gave me a thumbs up and smiled and closed the window idk about that but it’s bad service I will never come back again please hire people that are respectful and don’t have an attitude with a customer I could not believe that had happened to me that had never happened to me ever this generation is...

Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be done and ready i sat through the drive through line(inside is closed) just for them to send me through to park in the front. Now its 20 plus minutes after when it was supposed to be done. Im parked outside, the doors locked, they stare at me, so i call and get hung up on. They come outside and still dont have my order.
