McDonald's — Restaurant in Hazle Township

I just want to state that I've ordered through mobile ordering about 3 times and every time so far they've messed it up I've waited up to 15 minutes for a simple order on a slow day before receiving my order and they also keep forgetting my drinks up to a point where I'm not ordering drinks though mobile order anymore. Noticed big lack of communication too. I hate to be a critic but as far as I'm concerned most of the employees here have been here for more than enough time to know what they're doing. Addition to this is that they took more than 10 minutes to get me my sandwich and a side of fries one sandwich and one side of fries I ordered ahead and only 3 people entered that store within the time frame I was waiting. I wanted to share how impressive the staff here was to me. A strange guy followed me into the restaurant. I told the person taking my order. She told her manager. They did not leave me by myself. They kind of huddled around me because the guy was laughing out loud. Then they offered to walk me out to my car. The kindness that they showed towards me was so reassuring in this crazy world. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever went to. Previously the drive thru was backed up for 40 mins which caused me to be late for work one morning. When I went inside all of the employees seemed like they were in the days and no one was working. Today I wanted to get something quick before returning to work and the inside was LOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I eventually left after 25 mins in drive thru and could not enter the store because they locked the doors!...
