When I was a younger man working in a restaurant to survive, closing at 11 means you close at 11. If a customer came in at 10:57 I knew that I would have to stay and take the order , it was expected and the right thing to do since the sign says closes at 11. That was never a question of do we serve them or not? You knew and the others involved in the order process knew that it was a must. It's ok to get things broken down and ready to close but ya never fully shut down till the exact closing time as specified by the company. With that being said I pulled into the drive thru at 1035 with two cars in front of me that placed orders and pulled ahead to get their food. I pulled up and heard an indistinct mumble and nothing else. I said hello several times, no reply. After about 10 minutes and cars behind me in line a female voice said "we closed". Nothing else just silence. I pulled the website up for this particular restaurant and it said closes soon, 11pm to be exact. Now if this is our future and how things will be handled in this country you can just say goodbye USA. No care for others, shortcuts to get done quicker and not following company policy properly. This is all so their life's or virtual meetings are not interrupted, this is sad and what is happening all over the country. No consequences for actions, no redirection from management. Why would you do things right if...
Read moreDirty inside frequently. Morning crew seem to care more about service and quality of product vs the remaining day parts. Last visit although food came fast during sit in, the fries were definitely not fresh and that was doubled by seeing a lack of quality timer on the fryer when going to counter to ask for ketchup where I mentioned to the worker the fries were cold and not bothering to correct it. It took them several minutes to even go to the counter as it is. The man who seemed to be the manager didn't react to someone standing at the counter even after he made eye contact. They don't uphold the golden standards of the corporation and lack guest service policies of being a brand ambassador at this location. The front counter team member had to consistently leave the counter so you'd have to wait several minutes to get service or assistance until they see you when passing by again. That day of the visit it was difficult to find a clean enough table too. I would have preferred to write this review to the corporation themselves but my boyfriend didn't want the receipt after they asked. My old store always gave it anyway due to issues like this. I wish this store would try better cause it used to when I moved to the area. After covid they seemed to stop caring about their quality, guest experience ( whether order in/out/drive), and...
Read moreSo the reason it’s a one Star is because I came one night on Tuesday September 6 around 6-7pm pretty much a night shift, and I was waiting to pay for my order through the drive-thru, when I heard and saw a young boy carrying a young girl who was screaming that she was gonna kill this older female coworker who was crying and scared from what I saw through the window. I couldn’t say anything because I didn’t know the situation, but I was afraid of my life to report it sooner, because they know who I am; I’m a regular. It’s been bothering me because I did nothing after seeing the coworker cry, and I couldn’t sleep right. I hope that lady gets fired she looks around 18Years old, petite, black hair, blue McDonald shirt, Light skin From what I could tell maybe a shaved eyebrow or a piercing. I hope The owner or managers do something about her because...
