Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hazlet Township

I am sorry to say that if you order a hot specialty drink, there is no consistency. I get the same two items every day. 1 hot black coffee with 2 shots of mocha and 1 hot decaf latte with whole milk and 3 sugars. Lately, the drinks seem to be very inconsistent. Today, when I arrived at home and handed the latte to my wife, it was only half full and not so positive it was decaffeinated. This has been happening quite a bit over the last several months. I actually go out of my way to shop this location because of Will and Kassidy. These two employees are on top of their game. Most of the time, my drinks are waiting for me because they see me pull into the parking lot, and that impressed me. Today, I had to repeat my order several times before the cashier got it correct, which unfortunately has become normal at this location. I know I am a bit of a dinosaur because I still use cash, and it really bothers me when my change is handed back to me with the coins wrapped up in the paper money, but that is...

This Dunkin has gone down hill since Ida and Anthony left management. That means ever since covid this place can’t seem to get its self organised and all around together. They always seem to run out of straws or flavours , Cups, food, etc. I mean It’s seems like everyday or ever other day they don’t have enough. I go to Matawan Dunkin and it’s 24 hours, and I have never had this problem. Not too mention they are taking advantage of the economy and increased the price of coffee twice in 1 month. They are the most expensive in the area!! I mean at 4 dollars for a large ice coffee I might as well go to Starbucks because quality is now even lacking here!!! Also, it took 3 employees to get me a coffee for over 15 minutes. The only good employee there is Dawn!! Shout out to her hard work! Everyone else seems to go slower than sloths and have no work ethic! Dawn should be the manager, whatever your paying her it’s not enough for her hard work!
