Liu's Garden — Restaurant in Hazlet Township

I ordered online using my credit card. After an hour and 15 mins, I called to check on my delivery and they said it was ready but the delivery driver just left with a few deliveries and when he returns, he would deliver mine. It came 20 mins later. The general Tso’s chicken was so overcooked that the tiny bit of chicken inside was hard as a rock and all I was left with was an outer shell of hard and burnt batter. The spare ribs had a long black hair in them and the soup was room temp. I brought the food back and asked for a refund for only the chicken and ribs but they told me that because I ordered and paid online, I couldn’t be refunded and to contact Menufy. This company told me that they would call and speak to management. I never heard back from Menufy and denied a refund or credit from Liu’s Garden. Don’t waste...

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Unfortunately the food has gone downhill. The pork is like rubber, and the so-called Seafood is now imitation Seafood sticks. What a shame, this used to be a very good restaurant. This happens before, and I thought maybe it was just a one-time problem.
