McDonald's — Restaurant in Healdsburg

The food was on-par with other McDonald's locations. I went through the drive-through at about 1 PM on a Thursday afternoon. There were a few cars in line, and a lot of construction on the surrounding roads.

Initial - After about a minute, a voice whispered from the speakers surrounding the monitor, which had a custom burger advertisement stuck sideways behind the glass. I assumed the voice said "Welcome to McDonald's! What can I get for you today?" so I gave them my order.

It was repeated back correctly, so I went to the first window to pay. The poor girl at the window was doing shuttle runs between windows, as I guess one person was staffing both windows. She almost handed me the receipt for the car in front of me, quickly realized her mistake, and took off for another test of agility towards Window #2.

Nevertheless, she was pleasant. More pleasant than I would be if I had to do Crossfit and hand people McNuggets for 8 hours.

Overall: It is a McDonald's. Set the bar accordingly. Based on my experience today, I would say this location has a management issue. They don't have a standing process for going to one window if the drive through has one person working, and the monitor/building could use a good once over. This isn't a reflection on the employees, as it seems they are busting their chops trying to keep...

Food was ok but I did run into a bazaar problem the bathroom had no soap to wash your hands there wasn't even a soap dispenser, I told the lady at the counter she acknowledged the problem and did nothing about it then 5 minutes later another guys goes up to the counter and says to them wheres the soap dispenser in the mens bathroom he was close enough to me that we started talking he said he was at the same place the day before and no soap the day before, that is a very real health hazard having no soap or despincer to have the customers or the staff that's handling your food to wash there hands, again McDonald's is failing to keep up I see why there starting down the...

I ordered 10 simple cheese burgers and two 20 piece chicken nuggets at the Healdsburg location. I waited over 15 minutes in the parking lot and finally had to go inside on foot to inquire about the wait only to be told they gave my order to the people that were behind me in the drive thru (also waiting). Then I had to wait nearly 10 more minutes to get my order. Only after I was well on my way did I discover they had forgotten to include my dipping sauce and the burgers weren't hot enough to even melt the cheese. My kids were not happy! I dont know if I will ever go back to the golden arches! So much for fast food!! I'm not lovin...
