Where to begin?, because, this Starbucks is probably the best in the entire state of California. Let's see, the bathrooms don't need keys, tokens, coins, or keys, and there are two, so that's another plus. They still have outlets, so, sitting, charging, and drinking coffee, are definitely things you can do here. Large windows, the entire front side, so, if you do have something charging, and want to run outside for a quick smoke, you can see your stuff. The staff, no matter when I have ever come in, and I have been coming to this specific Starbucks for years now, they are always very friendly, and for some reason, all the genders are really hot, like they must all be models at the same agency or something. Store is always very clean, air conditioner always works, heat in the winter, and they have this really long order bar, if say there were twenty different orders, none would be touching, and still be easy to differentiate. This used to be the home of the first Clover machine for northern California Starbucks stores, but, unfortunately they don't have one here anymore. Starbucks is fantastic as almost always, I've only ever had one bad experience but it wasn't this Starbucks; THIS STARBUCKS, is awesome! Friendly and professional atmosphere, customer service oriented courteous and polite driven to get your order to you as fast as possible but while being 100% accurate on your order! I highly recommend this Starbucks in particular because of the atmosphere of laid back professional courteous and polite all the staff are very friendly and I've never had a bad experience here.

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while. I’m in here every Sunday, like clockwork, to grab coffee for a client who has an equally consistent order. Sometimes, I will bring him in with me, if he’s up for it. He has a little trouble communicating and is very particular about how his drink is made. He never means to be impolite, but it is not uncommon for people to interpret the way he speaks and asks for things, as being rude. Your staff is stellar. They demonstrate patience and compassion, while remaining engaging and 100% professional. You’ve got people that are making the face of your franchise look REALLY good and it is worth stating very bluntly, that you are lucky to have them. I have had the pleasure of interacting primarily with Alex and Tory. These two improve my day with their positive attitudes and accommodation and, no offense to the company, make me actually look forward to going into Starbucks. The people you have here, have made me a convert and more inclined to frequent your stores in other areas.
