Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Heath

I arrived at 8:40 pm. The sign says that they close at 9 pm. Immediately upon arrival the young lady at the slicer had an attitude. She asked what I wanted. She walked to the back to get bread and told everyone she was quitting. Her fellow employees laughed it off. She returned with bread and put it on the counter. I immediately noticed a small bucket with cleaning solution on the counter and the counter was wet (from cleaning solution). I said, "umm ma'am the counter is wet with cleaning solution." She looked at me, took the rag that was in the solution, wiped off the counter and then threw the bread very angrily into the trash. I said, "Oh no I am not doing this. I will take my money elsewhere." I walked out immediately. This is the only Jersey Mike's in the area and I truly doubt I will ever return. The way I was treated UPON arrival was absolutely unacceptable simply because I arrived close to...

Edit: The below still applies, but once I cooled down I was able to enjoy my sub and it tasted great! 2 stars back on for the good sub.

#1 When I got home they had made one of our regular sized subs significantly smaller than the others.

#2 After ordering ahead I realized that I forgot my mask, so I pulled my suit jacket over my face to COMPLETELY COVER MY FACE. When I got up in line to ask for my order, the girl said she wouldn’t let me pick up my order until I had an actual face mask. She said the urgent care next door was giving out free masks but when I looked they were closed. So I had to run down the strip to the Dollar General and buy a mask, then come back just for her to grab my bag off the counter and hand it to me.

Just be absent it's a sandwich shop..take out...the seating could be more creative. The sandwich was made just as aby other sandwich shop would make. It was too expensive. Looking at the price ranges...the largest sandwich is almost $20. I got the $7.98 sandwich...it was ok. Many people brag about Jersey Mike's being very good. Price too high.. taste wasn't the best I've ever had recently. The worker's never smiled and appeared unhappy to be there. You ask a question...the answer wasn't positive. You felt like you were bothering them. I'm going back once more just to make sure I'm not assessing the situation when it...
