Super authentic outdoor pizza joint. We met the owner. He was really cool. He said he started making pizzas in the 90s and his backyard. What a legend. I don’t remember the exact names of the pizzas we got, but one had chicken, barbecue onions, and cilantro that was super good, maybe my favorite. We got one with goat cheese, Parmesan & arugula, that one was really good as well. Then I ordered a margarita with pepperoni and sausage on top. It was how it should’ve been exactly. That one might’ve been my favorite. The pizza dough is the perfect consistency; not too crunchy, not too chewy. Just right. There’s a lot to choose from on the menu besides pizza. They have and all sorts of things on the menu that I want to try the next time I go. The pizzas aren’t huge so you could actually get 2-4 pizzas between two grown men if you’re really, really hungry. Forgot to get photos. I’ll grab some next time....
