Coming from a background were customer service is top priority, I can say the near by polaris dealership lost my business years ago to Micha Busk. Micha kept at me trying to get my business and I was the type that stays loyal to who I use, but there service just kept pushing me further away. I finally called Micha and snowchecked a sled and the price he gave me was lower than the dealership that said they are giving me the very best deal they could witch was list price plus shipping and set up! But most important to me when I got went to see Micha months later the price he gave me over the phone was to the penny, not one sent more! Further more it was near closing time xmas eve he didn't have the paperwork ready so he said Dave just take it ill call you later for a check! Two weeks later I called him and said hey buddy want me to pay for this sled? He said ya if you like it! That is customer service!!!! Not only a man of integrity! But a guy who cares about happy customers! He did the same thing a year later when I called looking for a small snowmobile for my little girl xmas. And has not let me down in the 10 years he has had my business, since then he has moved onto Regional manager, well deserved! And I now deal with Skyler who is honest and very good at communicating with me! As a customer that's as a customer that's all I ask for, be honest, give me the best price the first call don't wait till I go somewhere else and say oh we could have beat that price! And when I call and order a new 60k dollar Ranger have the decency to return my calls when it's 3 months later than you said to give me an update on when it will be delivered. And don't string me along on my trade in from Aug to now and still haven't gave me a dollar amount! That baffles me why Karl Malone can give me a trade in over the phone and the dealership up the road has been 4 months with no clue as to what they will do! I had to buy the new 1,500 up the road from heber, because heber had already sold their 2 4 doors by time I called them. And I am being reminded each time I call them why I switched to Karl Malone. I know this is long, but from a guy that has spent well over $600,000 on Polaris and Indian products in the last 10 years the Karl Malone guys have my business for a long long time. 2nd Purchase April 2021 Razor Turbo 4 S Once again I was not disappointed. I was looking for the same model and asked Layne how long the wait would be for the order. A few days later Nathaniel sales rep called me and told me they had one that someone had backed out of. I immediately took it. They worked with me through the whole process, from phone calls, texting and person to person. I'm telling you this dealership is top notch and has an awesome staff from sales to parts and of course to financing. They are very professional when it comes any type of machine. Trust me I wouldn't put this much time in a review if they weren't top notch. Update August 2023 I just want a shout out to the service department of this dealership. Jordan and Jayden have been rock solid to work with on my machine. They have worked patiently and professionally with me to determine if I have a mechanical issue with the machine. They have went the extra mile to resolve and find the issue. There is a reason I drive 95 miles to buy from this dealership. Like I mentioned above they are the real deal and I don't think the service department gets enough recognition sometimes for everything they do for the customer. I'm picking up my machine this weekend and feel confident that it was inspected thoroughly. Let's face it most people will give a bad review the good reviews are hard to come by unless they are the real deal. Karl you have an excellent staff at this dealership. Hold onto them because they are the reason I come back and I'm sure this is a true statement why many of the customers have given a 4.8 Star review. Keep up the great service Heber! I bought a Polaris ranger crew from these guys on 3/24. When I picked it up, I noticed there was no owners manual and spare key. I asked them about it and they gave me a story that it was at their other dealership, but it was on a truck and would be in later that week. My sales guy Jeff even offered to drop it off at my house when it came in - excellent I thought. A couple weeks go by and no word. I text and call and Iām given another story, but theyāll have it to me shortly. A few more weeks go by and still nothing. I have literally called and texted 25+ times and every time, theyāll have it to me shortly. It is now 7/6 - over 3 months have passed. I called the store GM last Saturday and he said heād find out what was going on and call me right. I never heard back so I called him again on Monday. This time someone did return my call and said they had my manual and key right there on their desk, they confirmed my address and said theyād put it in the mail immediately. Another week goes by, still nothing...
Itās time to change the oil for the first time. I wonder What type and how many quarts it will take of new oil - I bet my owners manual could tell me that. Grrr...
Something tells me these guys are too busy selling the next machine to give existing customers the service they need. If you do go with these guys, donāt leave the lot with anything still pending.
Iāll choose to do business with another dealer in the future. Iāve been overly patient with them, but Iām past that now - theyāve lost me...
