Today I set out to upgrade my mother's iPhone that was 5 years old. To be honest, it was not something I was looking forward to for all the reasons any of us avoid such activities; long lines, incompetent help and pay through the nose for a new phone. There isn't a whole lot that the individuals at the store can do about the price of these things so I don't hold that against them. They do however have full control over the other items and our experience could not have been better.
We walked in and from the moment we walked in the door until we left with our new phone, the guys at this location treated us like royalty. Mike, Nate and Christian all worked on separate things at the same time to make our stay as short and efficient as possible. Within minutes, Nate was telling us our options on the new phone we selected based off of our needs and creating the paperwork for transferring the information to the new phone, Christian was placing the screen saver on the new phone as well as helping us with a magnet to add for the mounting device in the car, Mike was providing pricing updates that could save us money and asking me how I would like to handle the credit for the old phone.
We were done within an hour and 10 minutes, I walked out with new accessories at a great price for my trade in and all of my mothers information was transferred to the new device without any problems. I really appreciated the courteous service and outright kindness. The fact that they told us repeatedly that if there is anything we need or have any questions to just come on in and they will take care of us was also very comforting when someone isn't very familiar with smart phones.

Therefor I had no choice but to improve my reception by switching to Verizon.
