Great place and the friendliest and most understanding staff ever! We booked here as it was the nearest place for a Spartan we were attending. The price was on par and we opted for the suite with a full kitchen as we primarily cook our own food, but also wanted an included breakfast...this checked all the we needed at that end. The gym (which is located on the 2nd floor) is adequate for the traveling person with several cardio machines, a cable machine and some dumbbells going up to about 50lbs (not too sure come to think about it). The pool and hot tub are separate and correctly temperatured (yup, new word) to the touch. Our room was ginormous with a full kitchen. That's range (oven and cook-top), microwave and full freezer/fridge. The breakfast was adequate too, although I personally would have liked to have seen an oatmeal machine, but the coffee machine made up for it. The 24hr coffee machine by the front desk can make the foo-foo stuff like espresso. The location is pretty much near anything you need. So, our situation was we were there for a Spartan and we had a family emergency back home and had to ditch the last night. The cleaning staff were still cleaning rooms and we just through all our belongings in the car and were ready to eat the cost of the final night, but after we explained our situation to the front desk person, she refunded our last nights stay. THANK YOU so much for doing so. Whomever it was on the mid-day departure of 7/21/24 - YOU ROCK! and we'll be back and only use your hotel from now on. You didn't have too but so very much appreciated it. You have customers for life now! I usually get names but we had to leave ASAP. The folio says "MW" if that helps. Till next...
Read moreBooked my wedding party rooms there at the end of June. A total of 19 rooms were booked. I had worked with many people throughout May-June to make sure everything was finalized and ready to go. Unfortunately, it caused a lot of stress for me as the bride. Multiple front desk girls could not pull up my block of rooms when calling. The front desk girls were snarky and acted annoyed that I wanted to verify all of my bookings. The manager later told me that is because she had not trained her girls to do that and a lot of her staff is not very “knowledgeable”. Since they could not pull up my booking to verify- I left two voicemails for the manager one week before the wedding and never got a return call back. When my guests got there to check in they were experiencing card issues and could not properly take cards, one of my guests asked for a receipt and they said they could not provide one due to no ink in the printer, and the front desk staff were not friendly, and unfortunately not very knowledgeable over the phone and in person. The manager told me they were super busy that weekend and she “could have canceled some bookings that week but she didn’t”. I understand summer months are busy, covid has created delays and issues, but I do not believe any of what I was told to be a good excuse when booking 19 rooms for a wedding. I got married on 06/24 and it is now 07/07 and not one of my guests have been charged for their room yet. I called on 06/30 and manager said everyone would be charged that day. I will be calling again today to see why. The rooms were clean and nice, but what matters most to my guests and I is working with employees that are helpful...
Read moreCame to Heber to go boating and all the camp spots were taken so we had to get a room. Since it wasn’t planned we wanted to go cheap and this hotel had the lowest price in town. We weren’t expecting much since it was so cheap but after arriving I was very impressed! First of all the lobby area was very clean and the small store had a lot of amenities. Secondly, Dakota at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us while we struggled with finding our member number and we accidentally spilled a drink and he was very understanding of our sun exhaustion from a long day out. He also gave us a welcome bag with some snacks for being a member and it was just a nice little surprise. Then once we got to the room I was literally amazed with how huge our room was! This was the cheapest room option and it has 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa bed and the space between the beds to the couch is easily 10 feet. There is also a full kitchen with a bar with 3 chairs. The bathroom is also divided from the kitchen with a vanity area in between that has a door on both sides. So nice to have the extra mirror when the girls have to get ready and they man is still on the toilet! 😅 there is also a huge closet. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable! Also, the pool and hot tub and the fitness center are open 24/7. We will definitely be staying here again!! Over all this is probably the best hotel I’ve been to for...
