Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Helena

PIZZA!!! Who doesn't love a good slice of a dominos pizza, no matter what toppings, what size, what style, it's just pizza.

Service: They greet you upon arrival and you can order online too and you'll see your name on the screen but I really do appreciate the option of placing the order then coming to the store to pay then and there.

Atmosphere: A dream for pizza enthusiasts, like literally they have a step stool ish area where little ones can see how the dough is being made, isn't that a nice detail and touch. You can see what the workers are actually doing instead of seeing them hiding in the back and you wouldn't know how long your food would take.

Food: Large Brooklyn Pizza with pepperoni, chicken, and Onions. Ate the whole thing. No other comments.

There may be other competitors like Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Marcos, etc but there is no other place...

I placed my order on the app. I arrived early and was going to wait in the lobby but the lobby was closed. No biggie. I went through the drive thru and the girl said it would be like 5 more minutes. Again no biggie cause I arrived earlier than the time of when the order would be ready. I waited and waited before the girl came back explaining that the pizza had gotten stuck in the pan and was missing a piece. They said that they were making another one for me. They really didn't have to do that. So I waited for the 2nd pizza. Then another girl came to the window and told me that the pizza did it again. This time the pizza wasn't as badly damaged and then she offered me a free soda. I wasn't expecting any of that. They really didn't have to do that. It was super sweet of them. So now instead of eating pizza for one or 2 meals I'll be eating pizza for a...

Order #68 tonight, 7-18-2022. I ordered a thin and crunchy crust pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese...the one that is supposed to be cut into squares. Picked it up and drove home which was MY MISTAKE. I should have opened the pizza in the parking lot. THIS is a regular crust pizza. I guess saying 3 times I wanted a thin crunchy crust that cut into squares did not mean anything.

Well tonight, 7-25-2022, they actually made the thin and crunchy crust. HOWEVER, the order was for an extra cheese and pepperoni which we paid for. Get home to find only cheese. We will not be back and nobody else should go...
