I come to this Carlâs Jr nearly every day after my daughter gets out of school. The staff is usually friendly, until tonight. My husband and I were in the drive thru when we experienced poor customer service that almost broke our spirits. We were full of joy enjoying each others company. As my husband was ordering our drinks he kept repeating the order wrong because we kept laughing at each other getting distracted. The lady taking our order in the drive thru I guess assumed we were yelling at her and told us in a rude manner not to yell at her. I asked her who was she talking to because I wasnât sure if she was talking to another staff or us, again we werenât yelling at her but we probably were laughing loud and it maybe echoed through the drive thru machine into her earpiece. She then replied âyâall can just pull forward.â Now when we got to the window I didnât know she actually meant to leave the drive thru. We were waiting there for like 5 mins until she came with the manager. The manager came with an aggressive demeanor asking what our problem was. We told her we were yelling at all but laughing at one another and repeating our order wrong. She proceeded with an attitude to take our order and didnât even offer an apology. It honestly hurt my feelings because we were just enjoying the night, you know ready to drink our sodas and go home to bed. She could have said sorry. Idk what kind of night they had but you donât treat ppl that way. We asked to for the workers name and she didnât want to give it to us so I said I would call and complain. She said âwe get complaints everyday.â So I took my service somewhere else. Idk if this will get dealt with or make much of an impact but at the end of the day Karma is real and God knows best how to deal with folks! Be blessed. OH! And to make matters worse! She said it back to me correct the last time at order box and it was said correct after she found it at the window. I TAKE IT THAT THIS LADY WAS MNG AT THE TIME started to hand me drinks,I never said root beer and when I told her there was not a root beer she looked at me like I was crazy and had a attitude, so then she hands my food I tell her my straws and she had attitude again I pull around to park because I just knew my order was not correct and of coarse french fries and chicken strips were missing I look at receipt and a cookie was charged but not in bag also.Now I been a Fast food Mng and enjoyed it.I would have took the bag and had order re-made and made sure it was correct and offered the customer a free item but I don't know that's just me , she took the bag said everything was there and said She put an extra cookie never checked recipt or bag I just had it and left looked in there and fries were still missing:-( So I hope if anyone that reads this and decides to visit that Carl's jr I hope your visit is...
   Read more2/17/24 at around 730pm Went through the drive through tonight and ordered 2 meals a famous star with cheese no ketchup meal and a double western bacon meal and neither of these meals were edible. Each burger had so much sauce,including the ketchup we specifically asked to NOT put on the famous star, the buns were sooo soggy they fell apart and they werent even burgers anymore not to mention they were so sloppily made like a toddler made them. That's unfortunate because Carl's is already expensive bc apparently its quality meat/food but this location the quality has declined and fast in the past year. It's like the workers don't care but will gladly take our money like all these other fast food places which isn't right. Without us customers coming in then you guys would have no paycheck.
