I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a rude worker several times now. I am not sure her name as she refuses to give it to us but she has very short hair and is usually always there. My first experience with her I told her the matcha we received in the drive through didn't have flavor and it was very clumpy at the bottom. At other locations we receive the matcha well mixed and not clumped. She said there was nothing she could do but give me a side of syrup? I asked for a redo of the drink and she stated she couldn't do that because it would be "too much" for her. Mind you there was no customers in the drive through or inside. I just wanted a remake with a different syrup. She kept telling us she couldn't do anything and the other employee just stood there and stared. My husband and I are nice people we have manners and never give service workers attitude and somehow she managed to give us attitude when we were polite and even told her to have a nice day afterwards! Second time we call the store and she answers my husband accidentally placed an order at that location on accident and she was very rude on the phone not helpful and said she "had better things to do than be on the phone". After looking at several reviews I think her name might be bek? but not sure. Please coach this employee. It's not fair for her to be rude to people who are nice to her and nonetheless won't do her job. I have never been told no to remake a drink ever and she told us she was "being nice and gave us extra matcha" that was her reason to not...

The man was clearly trying to spend within a limit and asked questions during his order to make sure he didnāt over spent. When it was time for payment he presented a $50 for his order and Bek rudely told the elderly man that she could not accept it. There were multiple better ways to tell this man other than the tone and words she chose. The man went out and got quarters and came back in to pay. He counted his quarters with her and miscounted. She rudely told him he was going to get her fired, over 25 cents. Then she said āthanks the last thing I needed today was all these quartersā. The man put his head down said thank you and walked slowly out the door in embarrassment to the rest of the customers. She had no right to speak to him that way. I confronted her aster he left the store and she was showed no remorse. The elderly do not deserve to be treated that way especially when all he was trying to do was get a donut for him and his dog on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreso on 1/31/24 around 7pm i was in the drive through . i asked for a strawberry refresher with almond milk .. the rude employee told me she couldnāt do that . i asked why , she stated we canāt substitute the green tea for almond milk . i asked even if i pay for it the almond milk she said yeah i canāt do that .. i said well can you just charge me the refresher with green tea and charge me the almond milk but iām the almond milk instead of the green tea .she told me i canāt do that and if i donāt like it i donāt have to order here ..She made me feel like i didnāt know what i was asking for or as if i was crazy .. i have always asked for a strawberry refresher with almond milk instead of green tea, Even before The coconut milk got discontinued .im just charged a little bit more and im fine with that . at this location . i donāt know if she was just having a bad night orrr ⦠But her customer service needs to be re checked with the manager ..
