the cashier gave an unpleasant welcome. she made me feel very unworthy. i give EXCELLENT reviews for this site, and she just gave me a very unpleasant experience. i paid over 60 dollars for 5 bowls and drove 24 minutes one way. I LOVED this location. i visit last week, and for the first time i heard a customer ask for sides of garlic serrano sauce (and she was given multiple). I never knew they even had that (as much as i go, go figure). So this visit, I ask the young lady may I have 2 sides of garlic serrano sauce and she told me, while giving a sour look, "Well normally i would have to charge you for these". That just made me feel so bad, because not only did i just spend 60 for 5 bowls, they hardly had sauce which is the only reason I ask for 2! Also, I dont ask for ANYTHING to be given to me. i work hard for my money and pay for everything. so dont THINK you are doing me ANY FAVOR by saying what you NORMALLY do. if thats the case, YOU NEED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, RED, YELLOW, BLACK AND WHITE! The best place to get healthy food and fresh steamed veggies. The BOOM, BOOM sauce is the best. You can make it with mayo and your choice Tapatío, Sriracha sauce, or Cholula Hot Sauce. Also, you can add your own garlic, Asian chili, fresh chili flakes with a squeeze of lemon. The salmon sometimes is too small add a side of veggies it would be perfect. Everything there is good oh you have to pay for extra for boom, boom sauce because they only give you one. Please make your own sauces. A pesto cream sauces for the salmon use mayo, in your pesto and squeeze lemon. Even a mayo mustard use Dijon mustard, fresh mince garlic and avocado mayo mix with fresh squeezed lemon. Enjoy! This evening 10/9/2020 I ordered 1 teriyaki steak bowl and 1 teriyaki chicken bowl,both with brown rice and asked the employee to please steam the vegetables on both bowls some extra time,to make them a little softer to chew;when paying I tipped the employee/cashier for steaming the vegetables more;while bagging my order,she stated vegetables in BOTH bowls were steamed longer. Arriving home,NEITHER of the bowls vegetables were steamed longer;just as HARD as normal steam time...customer tips,customer should receive what was requested;IF they wont or refuse to steam the vegetables a little longer than normal steam time,at least let the customer know beforehand,that they DON’T steam vegetables longer than normal. NOT the first time buying bowls w/vegetables after requesting extra steam time at this location.Will NOT be retuning EVER again..besides the “stench” inside when you first...
