I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but this evening I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and likely will not be returning. Tonight I ordered dinner for my family and upon arriving, saw that my order was nowhere to be found. I spoke to the woman at the pickup counter and she told me that the order never came through and because they were so backed up, I’d have to wait in a very long line to order at the counter. After telling her that there was a reason we set a specific time and we couldn’t stay, she offered to make it for me as long as I could show her a receipt. I did but she didn’t mark which one was which so I picked up a marker to try and do it myself and was yelled at by the employee and ordered not to use their marker. Obviously I was very put off by this but decided to let it go. That is until we got home. The ENTIRE order was wrong. Every single item was missing different things. Guac, RICE, fajita veggies, and more than 1 meat were missing in different amounts from the orders. I realize they were backed up but this level of error is horrendous and will cause me to not return to this location ever again. Read moreThis is the only chipotle we ever go to and it used to always be good. It has gone downhill and I understand places can be short staffed but we went twice this week and they had no protein besides chicken both times. Tonight we went for the second time and no steak again so my boyfriend got chicken and the worker offered me the steak from the online order side. Then there was no guacamole so they told me no which is fine but then they offered the lady behind me guacamole as I was paying from the online order side as I was right there… we got take out and after almost eating my whole bowl I find a sticker still on my fresh salsa tomatoes and which I understand that could’ve been a mistake as well but seeing how the place ran the last two times we were there in a week it’s unsettling as they seem sloppy and rushed. Read moreThe food was good as always, but the service was a bit of a letdown. There was a long line of people around 8:30 and only one guy assembling food for customers. There were at least 5 people working/hanging around, but this one guy was the only one serving customers. Eventually a girl came from the back to begin accepting payments. There was another girl working intermittently on online orders and another guy in the back that was too busy talking with the third girl who looked to be "cleaning" surfaces, but was really just smearing food around while taking a break to chat every 2 minutes. A big shout out to the guy holding it all together. Even when there was a line of a dozen people and he was the only guy actually working, he kept his cool. One other thing I'd like to note, it was 8:30 and they were already breaking down the assembly area.
