I highly, highly recommend. Stopped into Molyneaux in Greensburg to find a certain look in the luxury vinyl tile and they had what we were looking for. We were doing a Kitchen, Living room and Dining room, just a shade under 700 sq. ft. Liz and her partner came out a few weeks later to measure and give us an estimate, once we agreed on the price and work to be done, about a week later a foreman came out and we got into deeper details, as far as putting subfloors in our living room and dining room to try and bring it up closer to the level of ceramic tile we were going to cover over. We were told because of supply issues that it would be almost a month to get everything in and that was okay with us. Anyways, the guys coming out to do the work were Dan and his partner and they did everything in a day and a half. They ripped out old carpet and pads, skim coated the kitchen, laid sub floor throughout living and dining room, installed the luxury vinyl tile, trim work and quarter round around all the baseboards and kitchen cabinets and cut the vinyl tile perfectly to my wall length stone fireplace and sealed it. All the while patiently answering questions from me about how to do one thing or another. When they were done, they went way beyond in cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Molyneux Greensburg. From start to finish my experience was outstanding. Doug Kaleida, design consultant, spent the time I needed to select my product, answering all of my questions, and explaining the process and product thoroughly. I had luxury vinyl planking installed throughout most of my patio home. It only took a few weeks from the time of order till the product was delivered. The planking is beautiful and of great quality.Once the installation took place, it was expertly done. What impressed me the most, was their attention to detail. They expertly laid the planking, installed the trim work, and moved every piece of my furniture back to where it had been before they started the project. Molyneux also sent a carpet expert and a plumber to make the transitions and reinstall my appliances and commode. The transitions and trim are of great quality. The entire project, and it was a big one, only took two days! I can’t say enough about the customer service, especially my design consultant ,Doug who told me at the beginning of the project that he would help in anyway if I had any questions or concerns. Buyer beware! If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. We thought that we were going with the best. We were mistaken. The pictures below are what my Halloween AND Thanksgiving guests were greeted with when they entered my home. I didn't include pictures of the bathroom that was also out of use for the almost 5 weeks it took to have issues addressed. We still have boxes of product in our dining room that has been there since October and the job is still not done. So far, I have missed 3+ days of work to provide oversight to the work being done and it's not done yet! Our newly painted plaster walls were gouged and the fix mentioned to us by an employee was that someone could paint over the gouges. When I pointed out the unprofessional finish work on the baseboards, I was told that I could "wipe off the excess putty." There are too many other ongoing issues to list at this time. I noticed that many of the other reviewers had carpet installed and gave high marks. We had hard wood installed and would never recommend Molyneaux to anyone we care to remain on speaking terms with.
