I decided to try the curbside since I never have before. There was only one car at the drive-through but how bad could it be? I ordered a large unsweet ICED tea and McChicken sandwich. After 10 minutes I called the toll-free number on the sign and there was no answer. I got a message. Very helpful right! Finally a few minutes later a woman walks out and hands me a medium tea with no ice. I said is this a large she said no we ran out of cups. I said OK but I’m gonna need some ice she reluctantly said I’ll go get you a small cup. She comes out with 1 tablespoon of ice and I said I wanted more she said very rudely, well we’re out! The chicken sandwich was burned but edible. I drove home and called the McDonald’s and asked for a manager. A woman answered and said I am the manager she said her name was Brittney. I told her my experience and she said well we are getting low on ice and I said so if I would’ve come into the lobby I couldn’t have got any? She said no you could have! No apologies offered for the long wait lies and horrible service. I’m not sure why these incompetent rude people are allowed to work at your store getting paid more than I do at my job. Read moreWent through the drive thru this morning for an iced coffee. The girl taking the order was EXTREMELY hard to hear. By the way, I have bat ears. As we get to the first window to pay, I suggested to the girl that she pull her mask down when she speaks into the microphone. She said they are required to wear masks. Great!!! It was just a suggestion. I explained to her that it was extremely difficult to hear her, but all she would say is, "We are REQUIRED to wear masks." It was a losing battle, so we drove up to the second window to pick up our order. Now, if you are REQUIRED to wear masks, shouldn't you also be REQUIRED to provide your customer with a straw with paper on it and NOT hand your customer a straw that has already been opened?
This evening I returned for another iced coffee. Now, my favorite drink. I placed my order, and remarkably this girl was a lot easier to hear. WHY??? Because not one single employee within view was wearing a mask like they were REQUIRED to do this morning. Now, don't you think that if your employer REQUIRES you to wear a mask that it would apply to you working a different shift? I found my experience a bit concerning. Read moreI was very upset with my visit to your restaurant lats evening. It was hot so we decided to not cook and decided to visit and come in to eat to cool off only to find that the air conditioning was not working ( should have been pasted on the door for people who can not take the heat do to health conditions). The thermostat in the store read 88 degrees. We waited 15 mins for our food. They were out of napkins,didn't offer our cups so we could get a drink while we waited and when our food did come we went to get a table and they were all dirty and when we filled our drinks they had no large lids and the ketchup was empty. Needles to say I was not happy. We were not told that the air was not working and had to cut our visit short because it was to hot. No one offered an apology or even said thank you for visiting. Shame on your team, lousy customer service and why were they standing around when everything was empty and all the tables were dirty? I had to go to the bathroom and by the bathroom doors was a santizing while dispenser that I got wipes from to while our table while others were asking for a rag to wipe thier tables....
