We ran through the drive thru and purchased lunch for our four grandchildren and ourselves.. needless to say, it wasn't cheap! When we got home we found the order was messed up and we were missing things, one which happened to be a toy from a kids meal. Food was also missing. I called and the response was" Come back in and we'll fix your meal." That's all fine and dandy for him to say. Read moreI'm highly upset at the fact that this location (Greenville, Pennsylvania) does not offer walk-in take out orders. After I responded with "ok", she proceeded to tell me that I can come inside without wearing a mask and that they would still have to serve me. This is disappointing and shameful. I will not be returning to a Wendy's if this is how management lets their business run. Btw, Pennsylvania mandated everyone wear a mask in public... This attitude about the pandemic is harmful to the health of customers...
