Drive thru was unorganized 1st window the girl didn't take my order right opened my bag my sauce wasn't closed spilled all over my clothes and jacket. Went through the drive thru again explain about the sauce and my order was wrong my 2nd order didn't have cheese the young girl was helping until I guess a lead or cashier came and Yanked my food that was in the bag out of my hands. I yelled and said you didn't have to yank nothing from me. Got my order drove off checked my food still was wrong. Walked in the inside they immediately said we gave your food to you. The manager approached saying they said they fixed my order. I told her if it's fixed open it up and it shouldn't be no ketchup. She opened the burger looking shocked oh it's ketchup you don't say. The girl that yanked my food walked up acting confused I told the manager she's the 1 who yanked my food out my hands. All was said they said you were taking pictures of a teenager I corrected her and explained I'm a local guide I take pictures of the place I go and the food menus etc to post for reviews. So I asked for a refund because I didn't know what they would do to my food. Read moreThey did not give me a receipt or all of my food. When I asked for my fries, the guy disappeared for about 5 minutes. Came back and asked for my receipt. I told him I did not get it and as he was going to leave the window again, I handed him the bag and tea and told him to issue a refund. His look of bewilderment told me I was going to be waiting another 10 minutes so I left. All in all 30 minutes wasted and still hungry. I have been trying to call for 3 days now and all I get is a busy signal. The burgers were not properly wrapped and I believe the car in front of me rejected that bag. I emailed corporate complaints and they responded with an apology and said they would have the store owner contact me. I have not received a call, email or text. I still cannot reach the store. Read moreThe service was very good. If this was based on service and atmosphere it would be all stars, however the food is horible. The fries although very hot and fresh was too salty. The fry bin needs to be cleaned to elimate some of the salt before the fresh fries was added. The new big mac "CHICKEN" was the most horible as things I have ever eaten. The chicken patties was hard. The bread was hard. Just horible. I also ordered a fish filet and again, could not eat it. Lastly.. the sweet tea. Well if you like sweet to the excess tea, this is the place.
