On this visit, they were out of several items that I came to order, which I could totally understand. However, when I pulled up to the window, one of the employees was at the milkshake fountain not wearing a mask. So, I asked the other two employees why he wasn't wearing a mask. Both of them said that it was because he was on a 10-minute break. For one, I don't see how a 10-minute break justifies not wearing a mask in the food prep area. He should have been wearing a mask, being that he was operating food prep machinery. Once I received my order, it was totally incorrect - three of the wrong sandwiches, missing two sandwiches, and an order of mozzarella sticks and two cookies. Because of the long line in the Drive-Thru, as a courtesy I went into the lobby - where the signage reads that customers can come in to pick up online orders. Upon entering, an employee told me that the lobby was closed. But before exiting, I told him what was wrong with my order. He grabbed the bag and said "Oh it's because someone handed out the wrong bag. We'll bring it out to you. he then took the bag that I had already rifled through and handed it directly to a customer at the drive through. That is also not in-line with Co-Vid health code precautions. The young lady who brought out the order apologized for the inconvenience. Upon inspection of the bag, we found there was still another sandwich missing, and so, I returned to the door knocked at the window. The gentleman who was not wearing a mask during his 10-minute break answered the door (without a mask) and I told him that we were missing a sandwich, and he went to grab one. When I arrived home. All of the food was cold, and cookies, in particular, were totally inedible, they were hard as a rock. This is easily the most disappointing experience I've ever had at Arby's. I could tell the employees were working hard, but the results were very poor,...
Read moreBEWARE! They rip people off. I went there are few days ago and was surprised at the price increase on the drive-thru menu for a Beef'n'Cheddar combo—$9.29. Since I had already driven out of my way craving Arby's, I just ordered it.
When she told me the total, it sound high as I drove around to the window. Since I can't do math, I couldn't calculate the sales tax in my head, but it was too much for that, and then I thought maybe she "accidentally" ordered me a double instead of the classic I specified. I asked at the window if the charge was for a classic, and she just said, "Mmm-hmm."
I drove away and looked at my receipt, and it showed $10.29 for the classic, not the $9.29 on the board. There is NOTHING that Arby's sells that is worth $10.
I drove back around and confirmed the price and pulled back up to the window and told her, "Your board shows this should be $9.29, and you charged me $10.29." She just said, "Um..." and walked away! No, "I'm sorry, I'll get the manager," or anything. I just called out that I would let corporate know. I'm also letting Google know, and Yelp know, and Twitter know...
Not just all that, but the last time I was there they were out of onion buns, time before that, their fountain was broken. Obviously they need the money since it's so poorly managed, but it just makes me wonder how many other prices are an even dollar off? How many times have I been overcharged when I bought more than one meal that made it stand out? How many other people have they been stealing from hoping no one would notice? I do not recommend anyone offer them...
Read moreArby's is always good you can't go wrong with Arby's except that this location unlike every other location in California Nevada and Arizona has no idea what a meat mountain is. I've been every location in Vegas cuz I drive a lot and I've been to quite a few in California and Arizona and Utah as well and they all still sell the meat Mountain just said you have to get the cashier to rummage through the register until they find it in some back menu somewhere where all the stuff sits that they still technically sell but it's not on the menu board. So I wish they would realize that it's still available and Arby's still sells it even if it's not on the menu anymore. Other than that though you can't go wrong with their food always good. This location did seem to have a lot of extra stuff they were tossing out so they do need to work on their communication a little better I think but hey you know there was some new employees there and stuff so you can't knock them for that and I'd rather have my food fresh so I'm okay that it takes a little longer than if you were to go to some other fast food chain. All in all good they just need to learn about the secret menu of items that they...
