Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Henderson

My husband and I came to this location at about 10:30 am to split a baconator since we missed McDonald's breakfast and we were served the most pathetic excuse for a baconator, ever. All of the bacon that made it on the burger was extremely burnt and in pieces and there was less bacon on this baconator than a regular bacon cheeseburger. I think these people tried to get away with giving me breakfast crumbs in my baconator because I was in the drive thru and more than likely would be long gone from the restaurant before noticing how they cheated me.

Always check your food before driving away! Fast food restaurants don't give a poo about anything except your money, so don't forget to advocate for yourself even down to the smallest things like a $10 burger.

The drive thru location on Texas Ave usually gives great service, but not today. I told them 3 times, no cheese on my tacos. I get home and find cheese on them, which means I cant eat them. But before that bummer, when I was at the drive thru window, a young lady argued with me over a birthday coupon, I had received by email. She kept telling me its only for online use, when in fact, it stated on the coupon to bring it in and get free tacos with any purchase, for my birthday gift. Finally after arguing with me about it, she actually read the coupon I kept trying to show her, and realized she was wrong. But instead of giving me my money back (i had to pay for them) she shoves 2 more tacos in my bag, and of course they had cheese on them. All I wanted was my 2 free tacos, with no cheese, in addition to the meal I had just purchased for my son. They sent me the coupon and I thought that it was really nice of them to do that. But all I really got was 4 tacos, all with cheese, that I couldnt eat and wasted my money on. I ordered a breakfast meal. Literally two items lol they forgot one. Honestly i don’t even think they forgot, i think they may have been asleep. I got to the drive thru and no one said anything, so about after a minute i said hello? Are you open? They responded, nice kid but sleepy. They took my order and i got to the window and i looked inside and it was as if zombies were running the place. No one was happy, everyone was dragging their feet. It was just a sad vibe.
