I have been a customer for this chain for a while, and had the chance to try different location multiple times, the day I decided to try this location that I was close by, was a couple months ago on April 24th. They were really busy and I understand up to a certain point, that day our server took our order, and I order my food, drinks and some appetizers as my companion weren't ready to order yet, a good 15 min passed for our appetizer to show up, but no sight of drinks or food, by the time the server came we ask for the drinks again and my companion order food, so we have been sitting here for 30-40 min when my companion's food came but not sight of mine, we had to ask the server again for my food and he had to go to the kitchen and as it looks they forgot my food completely, because by the time we were sitting for almost an hour I got my food, which both mine and my companion were overcooked, inedible flavorwise and texturewise. We left with a really bad experience, but we blamed on the bad luck, it happens, right? It was busy, the time, whatever excuse you wanna play. 2 weeks ago August 11th, I tried your location on 4190 S. Rainbow, and they were great, everything was perfect. From the doneness of the wings, the amount of sauce in them, the flavor on them. (Kudos to the team of that location, for an excellent job) Tonight we decided to give a redemption chance to this location, and against every odds... they managed to give us the worst experience again. Since we knew last time the service is slow, we thought maybe order online, well we get there, and we wait still (even that we placed the order 25-30 min prior) but you know what? Its okay, we tried to be understanding. We get the food and we go home. There's something really wrong with your cooks to be burning the wings like this every time, they are hard as the bones, the "wet rubs" are as dry as the dry rubs, and then as I started on the 4 wing of the night... A big blonde hair hugging my wing. So I ended up my meal that moment, throwing to the trash more than ¾ of my meal. Are this the standards managed in this location?

On my way to the airport I wanted to stop at this Buffalo Wild Wings to get some wings that they make delicious wings here, I had enough time to make it to the airport and I also loved the atmosphere here. But, in this restaurant, I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering a cashier at who not only got my order wrong but also displayed an incredibly rude attitude throughout the entire interaction. He was always distracted in his cell phone or watching a game, even he was ignoring others customers that have questions if their order can taken, instead he was being distracted and disrespectful. I got these photos as some examples of how he was working, and because I didn't get his name, his name wasn't on the receipt or had a name tag. To make matters worse, the attitude displayed by this cashier was absolutely appalling after I politely pointed out the error and requested a correction, the cashier responded with sarcasm and a complete lack of empathy. Instead of taking responsibility for his mistake, he adopted a defensive and confrontational tone. I decided not to take the food because after his actitud and getting the wrong order what will be next? Maybe doing something wrong to the food I will eat. I didn’t feel safe taking any food after that, unsafe if he is in charge of getting my order and getting my food ready. In conclusion, the combination of an incorrect order and that cashier with a terrible attitude had created an abysmal experience. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to address the behavior of this employee, I do love Buffalo Wild Wings but I have never experienced this in this restaurants with great food and atmosphere. I do believe that everyone that’s job is with customers should not deliver this type of behavior to others "Your actions today shape your karma tomorrow."

Anyhow, a young server kept stopping by to say, ā€œsomeone will be by to help you.ā€ Alas, once we were seated, we ordered 30 wings. I asked if a portion of these could be made extra crispy-I was told summarily no! I found that to be likely erroneous. You can chime in on this one. The friendly serve said the restaurant policy is ALL or nothing. I’m thinking in my logical mind-on such a large order-it can be easily separated. Oh well. I’m not working ā€œback of houseā€. So, wings arrived with the rest of the food-hot and honestly delicious. šŸ˜‹ So, the bill was around $80 for 30 wings, 3 strips, small wedges and one MagoCart. See pictures below. The music was blasting. They were playing Wild Card football šŸˆ but no closed Captioning which was crazy because we couldn’t hear over the loud music šŸŽ¶ which I didn’t mind if the captions were ON. This visit really started roughly. I was about to leave because we waited about 20 minutes to be seated in a practically empty restaurant on a Sunday evening around 08:45 pm. You have to check out the pictures posted. I’ve been a long-time customer at this location, but over the past few visits, the service has noticeably declined. It’s disappointing, especially because I have a son with special needs, and our usual experiences here have always been positive. However, this last visit was incredibly frustrating.

There were four of us dining, including my son. After being seated, our server, Hermann, promptly took our drink orders, and at that time, I also ordered two large baskets of fries, as I always do. It took about 10–12 minutes before we placed our food order, but by then, we had still not received the fries. We waited another 20 minutes, and while the rest of our food arrived, the fries never did.

My son, who is nonverbal, was visibly upset. He kept pointing to the fries on the menu, clearly distressed that they hadn’t arrived. I flagged down the runner who brought our food to mention the missing fries. He said he’d check, but instead began refilling drinks at another table and never followed up.

About five minutes later, Hermann returned to check on us. I let him know the fries still hadn’t come out and asked that they be brought immediately. By this time, we had seen at least three other tables seated after us receive their fries before we did.

I then told Hermann that because of the delay, I did not believe we should be charged for the fries as they were meant to be served as an appetizer and had just now arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became defensive and said, ā€œListen ma’am, I don’t know why you’re coming at me. I’m not the cook.ā€

Hermann was incredibly disrespectful and clearly does not know how to handle situations like this. He likely needs additional training or coaching on how to manage customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

I calmly asked to speak to a manager, as Hermann clearly wasn’t equipped to handle the issue appropriately. When the manager arrived, he wasn’t helpful either. At first, he offered to remove only one of the fry baskets from our bill. I explained that I’ve been a loyal customer for years, the fries were not served as requested, and I didn’t think we should be charged for either basket. Rather than discuss further, the manager simply said, ā€œI’ll take care of it,ā€ and walked off.

This location has gone completely downhill, and unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning. My son enjoys Buffalo Wild Wings, so I’ll be visiting other locations in hopes of finding better service and communication. This experience was unacceptable and incredibly...

We've come to this restaurant twice since moving to Las Vegas. The first time we went to this location a female server with blue hair was very rude and ignored us while glaring at us when we tried to request service. We barely saw our server despite there only being like 3 seated tables in the entire restaurant. We didn't complain at the time of the incident because honestly, we just wanted to eat our food and get on with our day. We figured it was a one off or maybe the staff was new. However, yesterday was awful. We arrived in the evening to participate in the veterans day deal. Upon arrival, the female employee working the cash register said we'd have to place our order before getting a table. Before preemptively placing our order, my husband asked her "this isn't take out right? We were wanting to dine in." She said "no, this is dine in but we have to place orders ahead of time because it's busy." Okay, fair enough. We start the process of placing our orders and she asks us to pay. I felt weird about this because I understood placing our orders ahead of time but paying before eating was strange. I ask her "hey, this isn't take out right?" She then says "Yeah, this is take out. We don't have any tables available right now." Confusing because she literally just told us a minute ago that this was a dine in order? We didn't mind waiting but she refused and said they're only doing take out right now. She then proceeded to ask us if either of us were at least 21. Only one of us were. There were many families with children dining here but I guess when there's only two guests they're not interested in seating them unless they purchase alcohol. We've always been polite and tipped well, but for whatever reason haven't had luck at this establishment. Very disappointing. If you're military or just a husband and wife trying to dine out, I'd avoid this...
