Stayed from Jun 23-27, 2022. Breakfast good, veggie omelette tasty, cinnamon rolls great, kitchen staff excellent and accommodating. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was very accommodating and pleasant. Maintenance service was non-existent during my stay. Bathroom faucet was loose from its base at check in, swaying from side to side. To their credit, they relocated me to another room immediately, however, the AC in that room was not functioning properly, stayed in the original room. Reported faucet twice, was informed that maintenance personnel were unpredictable in showing up. Faucet was never fixed during my 5 days stay. The Manager as a "goodwill gesture" credited my account with 25,000 points for the inconvenience-won't be using them. To make matters worse, my car was broken into less than 24 hours later on hotel grounds. The passenger window was totally shattered, a suitcase was stolen, as well as contents. Car could not be driven. I had to rent a car over the next 6 days until repairs were completed. What was originally a $400++ stay ended up being upwards of $2,500, (my deductible, car rental and stolen valuables.) Manager provided a cookie cutter response to this situation "the hotel staff conducts parking rounds as able in between their assigned duties- (Poor Staff!!) Guests are given a “parking permit” stating the hotel has no liability for theft or vandalism occurring on the property, which was reinforced by the manager after the above incident; "there are signs in the parking lot indicating such and these crimes occurring on the parking lot are of police jurisdiction." I had sold my home, so my car housed the majority of personal items, which removed as many personal items as possible to the hotel room upon check in. I also tried to park as close to the hotel as possible, but all front spots were taken. The police officer who investigated this crime informed me that incidents of vandalism/theft are common in the area-she stated it is the "perfect trifecta." There are a couple of casinos in the area, a Walmart, and unsuspecting hotel guests-these are crimes of opportunity and there are many. Must be repeated-the majority of hotels won't and will not assume any responsibility for incidents occurring on their parking lot-unless it's valet parking which is non-existent at this hotel. However, they have a duty to care and should be transparent so that guests can plan accordingly. I guess if they disclosed info their occupancy rate would be marginal. Doing my part for future guests -- be mindful of the unsafe parking lot conditions. If you elect to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, be aware of an increase in incidences of vandalism and theft occurring in their parking lot, coupled with poor parking lot lighting, no security cameras or onsite security; these are optimal conditions for would-be perpetrators. So, protect yourself, consider travelers insurance for personal property, as well as comprehensive insurance for your automobile. Best of luck!

Stayed here on April 26, 2024 for 1 night in a 1 Queen Bed Suite for a total of $197.43. as this was just 1 night staycation, I must say I was extremely satisfied with my stay except for 1 employee who was extremely rude…. More on that later. Upon arriving I was quickly checked in handed a parking pass (free parking) and my room keys. I was put into room 126 which is a 1 Queen Bed Suite. The room was actually bigger than I expected more along the lines of an Embassy Suites. After getting settled in I made the walk over to the nearby Walmart to get some drinks/snacks for the night. Had dinner at the Pkwy Tavern Nextdoor and upon walking back in @ 10:30pm I asked the lady if I could get a late checkout and she was extremely rude saying “NO SOLD OUT” and she walked away I’m like wow. The next morning after the free breakfast I walked back up to the front desk to ask the gentleman working about a late checkout as I was hoping maybe the lady last night was going thru something but the gentleman informed me unfortunately we are sold out last night & tonight so he can only do the normal 11am checkout which I understood and told him about the lady last night and he said yeah she has an attitude I do apologize about that I said it’s all good I was just shocked how rude she was, but I’m not gonna lower the stars because of 1 rude employee. All in all this Holiday Inn is decent, in a nice area with lots of shopping within walking/driving distance.

We stayed here before flying out of LAS and we're impressed. The staff at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. They had popcorn and cookies in the lobby in the evenings for free. The room was cooled down when we arrived. The hallways and elevator were quite warm but our room stayed nice and cold. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bed was very soft and we sank into the mattress as if there was a feather topper of some kind. Breakfast was a very nice spread. Pancakes, various baked goods, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee and a few other things. We would highly recommend and would stay here again. It was very close to the airport and we didn't have to deal with any of the traffic near the strip.

1 night for $149.22. Upon arrival was warned after asking about where to park that was closest to our room that there is one elevator/ don't park on sides of building you will have a break in because it's so dark(????). That did not instill confidence in me. We didn't have a break in and park under light and where we could see our car from the room. Room smelled fresh and not of any fragrances, clean for the most park. I put my flip flops on to walk to the bathroom and there was a puff of short hair that floated up from carpet and landed all over my flip flops. Pretty gross. Bathroom had something that previously had been squirted and then was smeared, not wiped down afterwards on the bathroom door/frame and light switch/ door handle. Very gross. Shower was nice and clean. Shower door was nice to have instead of a shower curtain. All amenities were filled and THANK YOU HOLIDAY INN FOR PROVIDING THOSE:DOVE soaps/lotions/shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They make a stay feel like home and very welcoming. THANK YOU! Multiple chairs and cushions to sit down without being on the bed, extra pull out table. Very awesome to place things on without having to use the bed. Thank you. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT:Breakfast ends at 9:30am. I went down to get some muffins or something and didn't make it until 10minutes until , food being thrown away and containers locked up so you couldn't get even a shelf stable muffin or what little was leftover they decided not to refill, or juice. 9:30 is so early for people who are on vacation and 9:20 is definately to early when you advertise until -- 9:30

The reason for the 3 star is mostly for the dated appearance of the property which is in dire need of a renovation which I believe is coming in 2023. So other than the rooms needing a refresh that is the only reason for a low score. Also we like to use the pool but it was closed for renovations so that was quite disappointing.

The room we had was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch with a wet bar and fridge and the property was quiet for the most part from any outside interference except for a few doors that closed loudly and the walls were a bit on the thinner side but only if the the rooms on the either side have people talking loudly which was the case during my stay...a group of teenage soccer players so it is to be expected.

The location is pretty good if you don't need to be close to the strip. There is a mall close by and easy access to the freeway and not too far from the airport. There are some small eateries within walking distance including an AMPM and Burger King close by. A movie theatre isn't a far drive either.

The service is quite good (at least in our case) as the TV's were quite outdated and on the smaller size so I asked if we could use the meeting room to watch a movie with the kids and Kam (5 Stars for him) and the manager were quite accommodating, but unfortunately there was no sound so we set up in the lobby area to hook up the laptop to the big newer tv so we could watch our show in comfort.

They had a popcorn machine and treats for the children which was a nice touch.

The breakfast is what you's expect for a chain as it all tastes the same with the powdered eggs and pre made selections but it's free so no complaints. Good choices for continental options. 24 coffee and tea and some fruit selection.

We will stay here again once it...
