Captain D's — Restaurant in Henderson

Went through drive thru and ordered a 4 piece fish meal with okra and Cole slaw and small diet Pepsi and a 4 piece chicken tenders with fries and slaw and a medium Pepsi. The girl taken the order asked if we would like to purchase a 5 piece butterfly shrimp for 1.99. We were the only ones in line waited in drive thru for 20 minutes we got are food our mistake was not checking food before we left but had kids in the car and they were getting antsy. We got home and opened the bag one container had fries and 4 fish the other was just chicken tenders. We had 2 separate containers of cole slaw. In bag also. There was no butterfly shrimp or hush puppies with our meals. I called and asked for the manager and the lady on the phone said she would have to take a message because he was busy. I proceeded to tell her what was wrong with the meals and she said in a hateful voice so all your missing is the hushpuppies. I said no I am missing the shrimp to she said just give me your name and I hung up because she was so rude. I won't be back I will travel to Evansville to get my grandmother's weekly fish dinners from Captain D's. I am very disappointed and spent 32.00 on food that I didn't...

Tried to place a call in order, for my family that we would come pick up, very simple at that, Seafood feast, fries, and coleslaw. (It comes with two sides) And then an extra side of Okra.. first person didnt understand what I wanted, so they handed the phone off, second person, I had to repeat myself 6 times, they kept repeating back the wrong things, in a hateful manner, and then hung up on me, after I asked if the platter I was ordering still came with sides. I did try to give the benefit of the doubt that the call was dropped, but when I called back, they did not answer the phone. If you didn't want business, you should not have answered the phone to begin with. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Will NOT be visiting/ordering from...

I love Captain D's, but this visit was horrible. I ordered the Ultimate Seafood platter which consists of shrimp, fish, hush puppies, clam strips, 2 stuffed crab shells and 2 sides. I waited behind 2 cars to get to the window to be questioned about my order because they had no idea what I was talking about despite it being on the menu. I took the Deluxe platter instead (everything but the clams). After waiting for and receiving my food, I stated I need sauce. Ashley (the employee at the window) informed me she had put tartar in there already. I said I also need and was cut off by her saying "please dont say cocktail, I dont feel like going back to get more. I left and had to go buy sauce at the store and eat cold food...
