Totally incompetent staff. Will never enter this filthy store again. My artisan chicken sandwich was supposed to be grilled and the long haired waiter served it cold. Not room temperature cold but ice cold. He had no clue as to what the term âedibleâ should mean. My drink was incorrect and my husbands chili cheese dog looked like it was microwaved not once but twice due to the age of the hotdog due to sitting out all day I guess. Even covering it with chili was not enough to keep it from having the texture of an eraser. The double dipped cone was not even cold enough to form the butterscotch coating. This place is filthy with crud built up in the corners of the floor and molding missing on the walls. The deep fryer reportedly had been broken for a week so French fries or any fried food was out of the question. Dirty Dining at its best and I wish I could give it a minus 5 stars and I will be contacting the Board of Health. Not once while we waited for this trashy food did either of this illustrious staff wash their hands after handling equipment, raw meat and...
Read moreI am extremely concerned about the safety at this Dairy Queen location in Las Vegas. My 7 year old daughter was washing her hands in the restroom when the water came out so hot it burned her hand, causing her to scream in pain you heard her all the way to the lobby.
I immediately reported it to the staff and said they have told their manager before and that he doesnât care to do much about it. I then asked for the manager number his name is Moon but he was completely dismissive. He basically said, âWhat do you want me to do about it?â And said she can change the temperature if she wanted too and suggested I report it to the health department. He did not care at all. This is unacceptable. My child was hurt in a public place, and the staff didnât even check the water temperature or take it seriously.
This raises a serious safety issue, especially for children. I hope Dairy Queen corporate investigates this and ensures the water is at a safe temperature to prevent anyone else from...
Read moreI go to this Dairy Queen a lot I order the same blizzard every time when I go to a different Dairy Queen itâs a little bit further. I actually taste the flavors. I just paid $9 for an Oreo blizzard. I asked for coffee, Oreos, and chocolate cone dip, but you canât taste anything but Oreo And you can see very little con dip put in. They donât put the right amount of flavors or additions in the blizzards theyâre always done this way, but I go to a different Dairy Queen and you can taste the coffee in the blizzard and the other flavors that you put in this Dairy Queen Not one time have I ever tasted coffee...
